200년의 역사가 깃든 호텔에 묵는다는 의미는 있겠지만 좁은 방과 전혀되지 않는 방음은 고려해야 할 듯.

씨월드에 일찍 가기 위해 9시쯤 샌디에고에 도착했습니다.숙소에 갔더니 식당도 문을 열지않아서 10시까지 기다렸습니다.호텔 입구도 못 찾겠고 참다못해 식당 문을 열고 들어가니 식당 직원 분이 짐을 맡아주셨습니다.밤 9시가 넘어 호텔에 갔더니 또 아무도 없었습니다. 전화를 했더니 금방 직원이 나왔고 방을 안내해주셨습니다. 다행히 엘리베이터가 있었고 방은 훌륭했습니다. 많은 방 중에 하필 창문을 열수도 없고 발코니도 없는 방이어서 아쉬웠습니다. 그래도 늦은 밤 직원께서 3명인 우리를 위해 에어매트리스를 추가 요금없이 가져다 주고 친절하게 안내해주었습니다. 무료 조식도 7시쯤 먹으러 갔더니 비스킷과 요거트,주스,과일 밖에 없었습니다. 24시간 로비에 익숙했던 제겐 힘든 경험이었습다. 저처럼 기다리지 마시고 바로 전화하세요.^^

A charming property in the middle of Old Town.

We love a haunted property? Am I right?! Whilst I didn't encounter any ghouls, it was a fun, historic place to stay. No amenities so that was a bummer. I did absolutely love the pastries and tea in the morning. Wish a lot more of the grounds was accessible.

The manager Dee was fantastic. This is a great historic property right on the Old Town San Diego State Park property. It is fun and a very educational location.

Nice to stay in a vintage hotel. Loved the ambiance, comfy bed and good continental breakfast: coffee, juice and croissants. It was noisy at night, you could hear the train, traffic from freeway and people talking. It would’ve been nice if the restaurant was open.

It was fun to stay in a vintage hotel room. We really enjoyed it.

My husband and I loved the ambiance and charm of the hotel. Our rooms were vintage to the time it was built. It was a nice surprise to see there was no TV, Phone or clock in the room. This was good because we were able to enjoy each other without the distraction of a TV. Second story rooms offer a beautiful view of the sunset!

Our check in was smooth and efficient . The manager Dee greeted us in the parking lot and guided us on a tour of the hotel and our room.Dee was AlWAYS there to help and answered all our questions. We enjoyed the decor and history. In the morning we had tasty scones. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Loved the unique experience

Dee was our amazing host. He’s the manager. Everything from towels to ice to serving us breakfast top cabin service.

It was like going back in time. The antique decor made it a nostalgic experience. The comfortable, clean and cozy bedding was very nice too. Our check-in was great. Dee was very friendly, efficient and helpful.

Staff at check in was very attentive and pleasant. Room was very relaxing and overall experience was great.

This was such a unique place to stay. We loved the historic vibe and the area (Old Town) was so fun to explore. The walkable restaurant options were also incredible.
