방은 깨끗했는데 바퀴벌레가 나와서 직원을 불러서 처리했습니다. 그러나 방은 조용하고 넓어서 마음에 들었습니다. 조식은 종류가 많진 않지만 깔끔하게 먹을만 했습니다. 호텔 식당은 모든 메뉴가 맛있었습니다

엄청 넓어서 좋았습니다. 하지만 주위환경이 나무가 많아서 그런지 벌레가 한두마리 정도 보이긴 했었네요

My flight got delayed and I ended up arriving late at night. Not only i messaged them trough whatsapp and via hotel.com, as soon as I knew around lunch the day of check in, but they also never provide information for hôtel transfer they claim to offer, and they never opened up or provided the key as they were closed, which I found out at 4am being left alone there. This is unacceptable.

One of the most amazing places on our entire trip to Argentina. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The place was beautiful.

This property is so unique. The staff was the best. Do to a delay in our flight we didn’t check in until 2:30 AM. They were there to meet us and check us in. They kept our luggage all day and then let us shower. The only negative was our mini split in our room didn’t work so it was very warm. So much fun!

Habitación impecable, personal amable, fui sola pero vi muchas familias compartiendo. En mi reserva incluía un solo traslado aunque pensé que eran ambos, ida y regreso. Esa parte no es clara.

We loved the pool. It was nice to cool off in the hot afternoons. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean although none of the soap , shampoo etc dispensers didn’t not work. It is unsafe to drink or clean teeth the local tap water- but all water had to be purchased. Brian at the front desk told us about a local corner shop where we could go to get large 2lt bottles of water and other snacks.

We booked here because it said it had airport shuttle. We emailed the day before to confirm shuttle with flight number and time. We did not get a reply. We called when we got in and there was no answer. We asked the taxi people that took us to an office. They said do you have a voucher, we said we didn’t get email They said someone is coming soon. Das Zimmer war groß, das Frühstück in Ordnung, das Abendessen im Restaurant (nicht im Preis enthalten) sehr gut. Die Dame am Empfang war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zwei kleine Makel: 1.) Nach einem Starkregen in der Nacht, war der Bereich vor dem Eingang und auf dem Parkplatz voller Matsch, weshalb meine Schuhe völlig eingesaut wurden. 2.) Der "Botanische Garten", für den Hotelgäste freien Eintritt erhalten, ist etwa 15 Kilometer vom Hotel entfernt. Dies machte es mir unmöglich, dieses Angebot noch vor meinem Rückflug nach Buenos Aires zu nutzen.

O conceito do hotel é muito bacana e tem conexão com a natureza. No entanto deixou a desejar em alguns aspectos: o trajeto até os quartos é em área aberta. Quando chove, é preciso carregar as malas na chuva. O elevador não estava funcionando, então tivemos que subir com as malas pela escadaria. O quarto é confortável e chuveiro bom, no entanto o box é pequeno e apertado. Café da manhã não oferece muita variedade, mas estava gostoso.

Eu já tinha ficado antes e achei um bom custo benefício. Porém, dessa vez não tinha água quente para tomar banho, o café estava bem desfalcado (9 horas da manhã) e tinha uma barata no quarto. Não voltarei

xmas dinner overly expensive and not tasty. Spoiled fruits are served. Water melon was sour and smelly. Limiter breakfast options. Coffee is NOT good. Hotel has its charm but outdated. Grounds are nice with jungly set up. Will NOT recommend it for long stay

Nossa experiência não foi das melhores! Chegamos no hotel e nos receberam muito bem! Mas tentaram nos cobrar impostos como sendo obrigatórios e era opcional! O atendimento da recepção foi muito cordial e muito educado! Nos mostraram o hotel nos encaminhando até o nosso quarto! Para a nossa surpresa a água fria em nosso quarto não funcionou, tivemos que tomar um banho escaldante que queimou a pele pq a temperatura era excessiva! A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, roupas de cama com cheiro de cigarro e o banheiro tinha cabelo e cheiro de xixi. A experiência de chegar no hotel em um dia de chuva também não foi legal! Pois não há espaço para descarregar as malas e os hóspedes tem que carregar a sua bagagem na chuva até o seu respectivo quarto. No café da manhã solicitei ovos mexidos o qual a menina nos informou que já estava sendo providenciado, sai sem comer os ovos mexidos pq até a hora de terminar o café não tinha sido feita a reposição! Reposição de alimentos demorada e pouca variedade nas comidas para um hotel de valor médio. Os colaboradores e funcionários do hotel são cordiais e educados, a cama do quarto era boa também!
