방은 깨끗했는데 바퀴벌레가 나와서 직원을 불러서 처리했습니다. 그러나 방은 조용하고 넓어서 마음에 들었습니다. 조식은 종류가 많진 않지만 깔끔하게 먹을만 했습니다. 호텔 식당은 모든 메뉴가 맛있었습니다

가격대비 만족도가 높은 숙소였습니다

엄청 넓어서 좋았습니다. 하지만 주위환경이 나무가 많아서 그런지 벌레가 한두마리 정도 보이긴 했었네요

O quarto era enorme, bem claro, estava muito limpo. O banheiro possuía banheira, box e também bidê e uma pia bem grande. Toalhas muito cheirosas. Achamos a área externa um pouco descuidada. Café da manhã nos dois dias foram exatamente iguais com os mesmos itens. Compramos comida no restaurante do hotel que achamos um pouco cara e com porções pequenas. Forneciam toalhas para a piscina. É muito perto do La Aripuca, subimos a pé.

La limpieza es excelente y está bien mantenido Nos tocaron días muy fríos, y si bien la habitación era calentita , el lugar de desayuno y cena era helado, teníamos que comer con campera ! Por otro lado, días previos a la llegada, no podía comunicarme con el hotel ni por teléfono ni por whats app! La atención es buena, pero son muy lentos para todo! No tienen room Service, si bien no es un problema, pedí una sopapa y no me la podían llevar , debía buscarla yo en la cocina del hotel!

A wonderful place to stay in Puerto Iguazu. This unique hotel has magnificent gardens (even a butterfly house), and outstanding staff who are friendly and very helpful Someone else said this in the comments, and I concur, that this is one of the most unique places we have stayed in Argentina. The rooms are huge and the gardens offer a tranquility that is so welcome after the grandeur of the waterfalls (and the bustle of the crowds) and is a great counterpoint to the town itself. The food in the restaurant is outstanding too!

Felt like we were in the jungle in a good way! Very unique experience. Room was big. Breakfast was great!

the hotel was very unique a lot of nature but also comfy , but i saw an spider at night a little one but still bring sandals lol. the breakfast was very good. the staff was helpful enough but gave wrong prices for a show and i ended paying triple the price for the tickets, which it was not nice but i think they did not know. it was exotic and different experience

We stayed only one night but everything was adequate. The shower in rm 27 is temperamental.

It was unique experience that feels like in a tropical garden. Overall great experience and very helpful staffs

My flight got delayed and I ended up arriving late at night. Not only i messaged them trough whatsapp and via hotel.com, as soon as I knew around lunch the day of check in, but they also never provide information for hôtel transfer they claim to offer, and they never opened up or provided the key as they were closed, which I found out at 4am being left alone there. This is unacceptable.

One of the most amazing places on our entire trip to Argentina. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The place was beautiful.

This property is so unique. The staff was the best. Do to a delay in our flight we didn’t check in until 2:30 AM. They were there to meet us and check us in. They kept our luggage all day and then let us shower. The only negative was our mini split in our room didn’t work so it was very warm. So much fun!

Habitación impecable, personal amable, fui sola pero vi muchas familias compartiendo. En mi reserva incluía un solo traslado aunque pensé que eran ambos, ida y regreso. Esa parte no es clara.

We loved the pool. It was nice to cool off in the hot afternoons. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean although none of the soap , shampoo etc dispensers didn’t not work. It is unsafe to drink or clean teeth the local tap water- but all water had to be purchased. Brian at the front desk told us about a local corner shop where we could go to get large 2lt bottles of water and other snacks.
