전체 평가 및 리뷰 Amatique Bay Hotel

직원들은 친절하고 전반적으로 깨끗한 편이었으나, 숙소주변&식당에 모기같은 벌레가 너무 많았습니다. 3~5살 아이들이 놀기에는 배모형 수영장 최고! living stone/ rio dulce 배타러 나가거나 market이 가까이 있어서 좋았습니다. city에서 차로 이동하기에는 거리가 꽤 멈.

Habían pulgas en la habitación. Lo reporté y no hicieron nada. Al parecer tienen peste de pulgas en la propiedad

La propiedad necesita un mejor mantenimiento, pintura por ejemplo en el àrea de los toboganes, el edificio està lleno de moho, serìa bueno que lo pintaran o le pusieran fachaleta para que no tenga ese aspecto de descuidado

Excelente estadía, perfecto para vacacionar en familia, súper grande y muchas cosas por hacer, los cuartos muy bien arreglados y limpios, un resort fenomenal!

Áreas verdes lucen descuidadas

Necesitan renovar la propiedad. Camas y remodelar ! Muy caro. Para lo que ofrecen

We stay here quite often, its a place to go relax. My tip is to take bug spray since there are a lot of mosquitos. Also, in my opinion they need a jacuzzi or a heated pool for days where it is cloudy since the pool water is extremely cold.

The staff are excellent. Very helpful and accomadting. Had issue with expedia booking and hotel called expedia to resolve. The team goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. They have a massage therapist on staff with extensive expierience and does excellent work for us middle age people! Definately reccomend the hotel for families or a couples getaway

Friendly staff and gorgeous property on the water! Super fun pool bar and the water slides were a blast! If management steps up a little on cleanliness this place would be 5 whole stars.

Hidden gem, would be a great location for a family getaway

Not so good, services and amenities are lacking, overcharge for things you haven't consumed or used, no wifi the last couple days, hotel did nothing to fix the problem

I see roaches in our room. Also a dead scorpion in the closet

It was my first time in that puerto barrios and i aks for nice place to stay and some people's recomendable Amatique bay , it was perfect choice.
