홈게이트 인 & 스위트에 가족과 함께 하루 머물렀다. 멤피스(TN)가 아닌 웨스트멤피스(AR)에 있으며, 2층이고 계단 있음. 방은 비교적 큰 편이지만 별도의 스탠드 등이 따로 없고 천장 등만 2~3개 있어서 밤에 일어나 작업을 별도로 하는 게 힘들다. 화장실 불을 켜면 환풍기 돌아가는 소리가 큰 편이다. 무엇보다 방향제를 많이 써서 방에 냄새가 좀 많이 난다. 청결도는 좋은 편이지만 방향제 냄새가 좀 머리가 아플 정도로 처음에는 문제되었다. 피곤해서 잠에 든 다음에는 익숙해질 수 있다. 아침식사는 빵, 시리얼, 와플이 전부이다. 과일은 없다. 체크인과 체크아웃 모두 빨리 처리된다. 전반적으로 시설이나 서비스가 가족이 머물기에 그렇게 훌륭한 편은 아니지만, 혼자 와서 하루밤 지내기에는 무난할 수 있다.

Room 211 dirty,we didn't even stay 1hr when we checked in put the suitcase in the room and left to eat at the casino around 4:15pm got back around 5:30pm pull the cover back on the bed and its hair everywhere and a big pee stain in the middle told the lady at the front desk she tried to give us clean sheets we was so gross out we left and i ask for a refund and she said that's not possible, i took pictures and im going to dispute the charges at my bank

I stay here often for business. The staff is always friendly, the beds are comfortable, and rooms are consistently clean. Not fancy, no frills, but great value.

No coffee pot in room

5 stars for a 2 star hotel in comparison to other 2 star hotels. Very clean updated well maintained room. Maybe a musty smell but not overly smelly. Only negative maybe the area. I didn’t have an issue but signs in the lot were the standard "we are not responsible for damage... theft etc .. Good for a 1 night stay. Not far from downtown Memphis by car. Easily went back to the Arcade for breakfast. Definitely would stay again

The thing that bothered me is if you had to go online to get better discount . Front desk people aren’t always there ! One day staff came in, took all of my towels, even the ones that you weren’t even dirty and I believe someone came in and actually drank some of my wine because I had a nice amount in there and when I got back, there was only like two glasses worth. don’t feel safe when they’re men at the top of the stairs. I don’t know if they’re maintenance men, but it should be more secure for women by themselves. The other thing is my key hardly ever works. I’ve been here for over a week I had to go downstairs while I had things in my hand because my card to get in wasn’t working.

A simple and clean motel.

Staff was accommodating and friendly- we needed a first floor room due to mobility issues and they made it happen. Hotel was off the beaten path and the area did not seem entirely safe, though we did not experience an issue.

Room was clean. Old and dated. Little smelly. But was ok for one night on road trip

Room was VERY musty and smelly, bathroom door didn’t close, dirty paper cup on the bathroom floor. Check in person was very nice.
