Unser Aufenthalt im Diamant Hotel war einfach großartig. Das Hotel überzeugt mit einer guten Lage, sehr sauberen und gemütlichen Zimmern sowie einem hervorragenden Service. Das gesamte Team war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und waren begeistert von der hohen Qualität und Vielfalt der Speisen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Nachmittagssnack: neben Suppe und Brot gab es eine große Auswahl an Aufschnitt, Salaten, Kuchen und frischem Obst. Eine derart umfangreiche Auswahl haben wir bislang in keinem anderen Hotel erlebt. Nach einem langen Skitag ist das Hotel der ideale Ort zum Entspannen – die großzügige und saubere Spa-Area ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ein weiteres besonderes Highlight des Hotels war für uns das Angebot eines Skiguides. Michele: absolut professionell, bestens ortskundig und dabei immer gut gelaunt. Unsere internationale Gruppe war in vielerlei Hinsicht unterschiedlich – was Können, Alter und Geschlecht betrifft – und Michele verstand es hervorragend, alle so zu führen, dass sich jeder wohl und mitgenommen fühlte. Die Touren waren perfekt abgestimmt, sicher geplant und trotzdem abwechslungsreich und spannend. Dank ihm haben wir nicht nur fantastische Abfahrten erlebt, sondern auch viele wertvolle Tipps bekommen und die Region von ihrer schönsten Seite kennengelernt. Selbst die Hüttenpausen gestaltete er so, dass jederzeit eine entspannte, freundschaftliche Atmosphäre entstand – als wäre man mit Freunden unterwegs.

Staff were amazing and location is perfect, easy parking. Loved the spa and relaxing atmosphere. Food is delicious, make sure to have dinner and breakfast. Dog friendly! Will 100% be back.

This hotel has a lot of potential - great location, nice set up. With that said it’s more dated than I’d anticipated. We had chosen the hotel for its spa, and I’ll just say that it is not at all how it’s pictured - the pools were cold, furniture was dirty and had bird droppings. The towel/robe situation is so odd - you pick it up at the spa and they give you a robe with a number on it to keep track and make sure you only get one. Not to mention mine had what looked like a blood stain on it. The staff was also very overbearing and accusatory about using one more towel (I was told I couldn’t have a second when I hadn’t grabbed one in the first place). When I went to take a shower I found dust and hair in multiple places of the bathroom. We decided we did not want to stay and tried to address it with staff, and the manager was extremely abrasive from the start; did not try to address any of the issues, just said we were the first to complain so she didn’t know what to tell us. Our booking was non refundable but I’d hoped she’d at least cut our reservation down to one night given we were there for a total of two hours.

4 star hotel. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable, good food. Decor a little outdated. It's not in town so not much to walk to. I would stay here again.

Great property the pools were amazing! Big jacuzzi bath tub, electric shade's. Great shuttle and breakfast was great too.

It's a great hotel/resort to visit this area of the Dolomites, particularly if you are in the region for hiking. Staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is great, and the pools are wonderful. Highly recommended! My only gripe is the don't take the American Express card, something I believe is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel like Diamant SPA Resort. It was an unpleasant and unexpected surprise.

Großes und doch gemütliches Hotel; netter Service, professionell organisiert. Gutes, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück und Abendessen, nachmittags eher einfach. Zimmer traditionell, etwas älter, Wellness vielfältig. Große Tielfgarage. Privates, kostenloses Shuttle zur Seilbahn!

Low quality food. Very disappointed, never happened to eat so poorly in a resort in Val Gardena. Quality over quantity!

We booked a junior suite which listed to have 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The listing also showcased two rooms one with the double bed and another with the two single beds. Upon arrival the room was a single room with just a double bed and a sofa bed. We were told we were crazy for believing the room could have hosted the double the singles and we should have expected the sofa bed. The room and facilities were quite out-dated, the "shower" was a bath-tub with a shower head, and no curtain or glass divider to contain the water. The quality of the buffet was also very sub-par, with breakfast being served with the desserts left-over from dinner, and the variety and quality of food being very basic. At dinner if desserts were finished before 8:30, they wouldn't be replenished. The spa situation was also underwhelming, with the hot-tub being drained, the internal pools kept at a very low temperature and the inside/outside pool being poorly heated and covered to "save energy". We have stayed at multiple hotels in this areas in the last few years, and this hotel doesn't deserve the 4stars it claims. Especially for the $585/night we spent to stay in these facilities.

Bellissima SPA, ottima location e il ristorante. Peccato per la vicinanza della strada principale che non rilassa a finestre aperte ma insonorizzazione delle camere è notevole.

This is an outstanding family run resort that has been in the family for over fifty years. The spa is exquisite and affordable. The breakfast buffet hosted by the owner is excellent. This is centrally located near Santa Cristina with a breathtaking view of Cristallo from the hotel (I recommend a mountain view room -- which happily is also affordable). This was my third time to St Ulrich/Santa Cristina and I will definitely stay here again.

Nice family-owned hotel with great service, excellent indoor and outdoor pool and SPA; close to Ortisei with many quality restaurants and in 5 min drive to ski chair lifts in Santa Cristina Valgardena / Monte Pana and 10 min drive to Selva DI Val Gardena Wolkenstein, part of Sellaronda ski tour.
