전체 평가 및 리뷰 Blue Mountain Apartments by Heimaleiga

모든게 좋았습니다. 다만 새벽에 화재경보가 울려 한참을 대피해 있었어요. 설명도 없고 불안했습니다. 다음날은 물이 안나와서 결국 씻지 못하고 외출을 했습니다.

레이캬비크 도착 후 시내는 무료주차와 주방이 있는 적절한 숙박 업체가 없어서 후기가 많고 좋았던 블루 마운틴 아파트먼트에 숙박하게 되었습니다. 가장 높은 층으로 안내를 받았는데 와우... 경치 일단 너무 좋구요, 공간 아늑해서 좋고요~ 시설 전체적으로 좋습니다. 블루마운틴이라고 크게 간판이 써있는건 아니라서 찾는게 좀 헷갈릴수는 있지만, 리복 피트니스랑 붙어있다고 생각하시면 됩니다. 여행 첫날 부터 너무 만족합니다. 마지막 날도 여기에 묶을까 고려할 정도^^

it was great to stay blue mountain apartment on my last night in iceland.

주변 경관이 너무 좋았습니다.. 세탁실 이용이 수월하였고 직원들이 친절하게 잘 응대해 주었습니다..

방에 들어가는 순간 창밖의 훌륭한 풍경에 놀라고, 실내에 세심히 배려된 가구와 침구 그리고 키츤기구들에 놀랍니다. 반드시 숙박해보세요. 10점만점에 10점입니다.

마트가 바로 근처에 있어서 편했구요, 호수가 보이는 창 밖 경치가 좋아요. 모든 시설이 깨끗하게 관리가 잘 되어 있고 특히 매트리스와 침구가 아주 고급이라 편안하고 기분 좋게 잤어요. 숙소 바로 근처 bonus마트 말고 차로 몇분만 더 가면 있는 24시간 netto에 가면 훨씬 더 다양하고 맛있는 음식들을 많이 찾을수 있어요. 베이커리 코너의 빵도 다 맛있구요.

시내에서 숙박을 하려고 하다가 실수로 예약이 되어서 머물게 되었는데, 시내와 다소 거리는 있었지만 조용하고 호수뷰여서 정말 좋았습니다. 시설도 깔끔하고, 3인실인데도 충분히 넓어서 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 그리고 편안한 잠을 청할 수 있도록 안대와 귀마개까지 준비해 둔 센스에 감동했답니다. 시내에서 숙박하지 않아도 되는 분들에게 추천하고 싶습니다.

굿굿입니다. 다시 아이슬란드 간다면 꼭 예약해서 갈겁니다. 풍경, 침실, 욕실, 주방까지 모두 완벽했습니다. 식기구 다 있고, 1층에 공용으로 잼, 버터, 시리얼등 있고, laundry 도 가능합니다. 예약하시면 바로 옆에 Reebok Gym 에서 운동도 할 수 있다고해서 좋아했는데 저희는 안썼어요 주민들이 굉장히 많이 사용해요~ 근처 보너스마트 가까이 있음. 직원분들이 매우 친절~! 침대 매트랑 이불, 베개 너무 좋아서 이거 혹시 어디건지 보시면 답변달아주세요~!

좋은 뷰와 깔끔한 시설, 최고입니다

건물에 호텔 간판이 없어서 근처에 가서 헤메었음. 오히려 건물에 붙어 있는 Fitness center 간판만 보여서 입구를 찾는데 어려움을 겪었음. 체크인 데스크에도 사람은 없고 놓여있는 전화를 이용해 담당자를 연결한 뒤 옆에 놓인 소형금고에서 열쇠를 찾아야 했음. 그밖에 시설은 매우 훌륭하고 깨끗하였으며 무료 주차공간도 충분하였음. 시내에서 10km 떨어져있기는 하지만 어차피 렌터카를 이용해야 하므로 큰 문제는 없었음.

아이슬란드 여행시 다시 오고 싶은 곳

늦은 시간에 도착했는데 리셉션에 사람이 없어도 셀프 체크인을 할 수 있도록 미리 메일로 안내를 해주어 문제없이 방에 들어갈 수 있었습니다. 방은 가벽으로 침실과 거싱+주방이 분리되어 있으며, 침구나 소파 등이 깨끗했습니다. (오픈한지 얼마 안되어 보였어요.) 1층에 숙박하면 이용할 수 있는 리복 피트니스가 있는데 이용해 보진 않아서 모르겠지만 기구는 많아보였습니다. 시내엔 아무래도 오래된 집이 많은데, 신축건물의 깔끔한 환경을 찾으신다면 좋은 선택일 것 같습니다.

너무나 새 아파트라 깨끗하고 직원도 친절하고 사이트 사진과 대부분 동일했습니다! 1층 휘트니스 시설 또한 너무 좋았습니다 정말 이용 잘 하고 갑니다! 이번달 말 다시 레이카비크 가면 다시 이용할 예정 입니다

Positive Aspects: The apartment was clean and comfortable, especially the beds. Spacious enough for four guests, which is a plus for families or small groups. Located across the street, within walking distance from a small grocery store (Bonus). Areas of Concern: 1. Common Area Cleanliness: The hallways had an unpleasant trash odor, which detracted from the overall impression. 2. Fire Alarm Incident: A fire alarm went off unexpectedly shortly after we arrived and went to bed. There was no smoke and no clear reason why the alarm went off. Since there is no reception, there is no one from the property management investigating or providing directions to the guests on when it was safe to return to the apartments. 3. Despite the apartment accommodating four people comfortably, we were charged extra for a fourth guest (a child) sleeping on a sofa with another child. I was aware of the fee in advance; however, I don’t understand why it had to be charged if the owner/management didn’t need to make any additional preparations for the fourth guest.

Fantastisk udsigt og dejlig ren lejlighed - men der mangler altså en toaster - og respons ved kontakt ang røgalarm var under al kritik!!!!

Nice and clean apartment. One complaint is that the dryer was not working on our floor

Property is nice and would stay here again during a time when there is darkness at night. There are window blinds but does little to block out light. Room definitely needs curtains to block out light in windows since the sun does not go down in the summer. Hard to sleep when the room never gets dark. Room seemed noisy but couldn’t tell if it was inside the building or outside. Maybe some remodeling going on. Could definitely use some sort of fan to move air on the warmer days. Even with windows open it can get pretty warm.

The apartment was fine, unfortunately poorly managed. We arrived at 3.05pm (confirmed and regular check in being 3pm), after a long flight and also after spending time in the city, to ensure we do not arrive early, just to find that the apartment was not ready. The cleaning lady told us to take it up with management, since she will not be done with the room for another 20 minutes. After contacting the rental management company, we got the reply to be patient, they are working on getting us into the apartment asap. Nothing happened, the only cleaning lady on site took her time and we finally got into the room at 3.45pm. On the second morning of our stay we were awaken at 7.30am by the the ceiling mounted smoke alarm. There was no smoke, so it was a false or malfunctioning alarm. There was no way to silence it since it was a model with absolutely no buttons. Upon contacting management again, they advised to use a button combination to silence it...;-) After explaining there's no buttons, they again asked us to be patient, since they're working on it... Meanwhile the neighbours on our floor woke up and started asking what's going on. Eventually, after 20 minutes, the alarm was silenced remotely. Overall, our stay was a mixed experience: room not ready for check in, nice apartment with some issues (see the smoke alarm wake-up described above), good location if you have a car, quiet and safe neighbourhood. To sum up, I would not recommend a stay with Blue Mountain Apartments.
