새 건물로 나쁘진 않지만 칙칙한 인테리어와 전망을 찾으시는 분에겐 비추합니다. 아침식사도 그럭저럭 not bad 정도 되겠네요.

Great service, staff were wonderful, the rooms were super clean and comfortable. The food was lovely.

The room we booked had an issue that couldn't be resolved in a short time frame and over a long weekend period. Instead, the staff upgraded our stay by providing complementary breakfast, which was also good. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable.

Staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and it was easy to get around very nice quiet location.

I stayed 2 nights for business and it was very pleasant. I only wished I was able to open a window in my room, but otherwise everything was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are clean and tidy & the hospitality from the staff is excellent.

Good location, the adjacent pub does good food and the cafe next door does good coffee. The staff were friendly & helpful, especially on a weekend where Newcastle accommodation was sold out!!

Very clean and conveniently located to shopping, hospital & major sporting grounds. Car parking is off the street which is another big tick.

Stayed overnight for a concert nearby. The staff were wonderful in welcoming us & assisting with arranging a shuttle bus to and from the venue. Food was very good & the accommodation very comfortable & clean. Will definitely stay there again. Such a good experience

Staff very helpful & pleasant. Excellent bakery cafe nearby. Close to Blackbutt Reserve & appointments. Clean. (Challenging to get multiple bags to room.) Would enjoy staying again

Comfortable clean room which was a good size. Kind and caring staff and management. Excellent place to stay in the John Hunter Hospital area.

All was great, apart from either, not working or no exhaust fan in bathroom/toilet.
