Not a safe area. TV is not working also There is no parking space. Homeless people were running abandoned parking garage with full of pee and toilet paper. Trash all-over on the street. Facility is very outdated. Unfinished interior, toilet was not working, shower was leaking to the room floor

Room is totaly catastofic. The toilet/showe had mold on the surfaces so that i could use it. The Lamp was not working, the ground was dirty.

Kale kamer, wel ruim, badkamer voldoende. Een kluisje onderin in de kast is niet handig. Bed is prima. Betonnen vloer wat vlekkerig en ongezellig, muren alleen maar wit, geen schilderij ofzo. Hotel ligt rustig op circa 10 minuten lopen van het centrum.

We stayed here for a three nights. Room was clean on arrival. One overhead LED bulb was out. One bedside lamp did not work. Informed the staff the first night and was told they would address it with the management. It was never repaired. The shower overflowed the next morning when we turned it on at full pressure. We used our towels to mop up the mess and informed the staff. Shower at 1/2 pressure is required to not overflow the very small lip at the base of the shower door. Thankfully they replaced our towels that day. Two small body towels and two hand towels; no wash cloths provided. Windows only open from the top so it stayed pretty warm in the room even though it was much cooler outside. A small fan is provided so we slept comfortably. We did not partake of any amenities or food so I’m not sure what is provided. Property is a very short walk from public transportation. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful in finding a nice place to visit for a late dinner when we arrived. Overall a pleasant stay for the price. I would stay there again, only if traveling on a budget, but recommend the management address issues in a more timely manner (lights).

Wenn man mit einfachem Standard klarkommt und dafür aber gerne perfekt für einen Gang in Stadt gewappnet sein will, ist es genau das richtige Hotel.

La chambre que nous avons eu été simple (murs en béton, sol en béton). Fenêtre qui ne s ouvrait pas. Cette chambre n était pas chaleureuse. Pour une nuit ok. Quartier bruyant la journée mais le soir calme.

Basic room. Good to just for a night if you are not fussy.

Our check in was delayed by 1 hour. We waited one hour to get in to the room. Hotel was not prepared the room before arrival.

A experiência nao foi das melhores, o quarto nao recebia uma limpeza adequada com a presença constante de tufos de poeira. A entrada do prédio possuía problemas no cartonado do teto de revestimento com aberturas, assim como no 6,• andar, sinais de reforma iniciada e nao concluída. O piso da sacada do 6° andar esta deteriorado com riscos de segurança. As ocorrencias positivas foram a equipe de recepção sempre solicita e educada, ducha excelente. roupas de cama de boa qualidade e quarto amplo.

la chambre était grande mais on avait l'impression qu'elle n'était pas complètement aménagée : le sol, les murs en béton brut, c'est un peu limite. la salle de bain était grande mais les robinets étaient cassés. Très décu de cet hôtel

Das Zimmer war gut, die Betten bequem. Nur im Badezimmer war etwas Rost am Waschtisch und die Dusche war auch nicht im besten Zustand. Dennoch Empfehlenswert. Gleich gegenüber fahren Tram und Bus.
