Not a safe area. TV is not working also There is no parking space. Homeless people were running abandoned parking garage with full of pee and toilet paper. Trash all-over on the street. Facility is very outdated. Unfinished interior, toilet was not working, shower was leaking to the room floor

Hôtel situé à côté d’une cité, l’environnement est sale; la chambre n’avait pas les bouteilles d’eau proposées ni des verres. Je les ai demandés mais pas du tout des verres, même en carton. Le robinet de la douche est en mauvais état, j’ai mis du temps à avoir l’eau chaude. Au prix proposé de la chambre j’ai déjà eu beaucoup mieux.

Everything was good but There was a bad smell, and when I followed the smell, it was from the bathroom sink, which smelled like sewage.

Situato in zona semiperiferica, questo hotel ha una reception efficiente, una camera ampia ed un ottimo letto, peroʻ....lampade che non si accendono,prese di corrente non funzionanti, assenza di bicchieri e di cestino per le immondizie....peccato!!!!

Rien a dire sur la propreté de l'hôtel, mais j'ai été déçu par le petit déjeuner, la dernière fois que je suis venue il y a 3 mois le petit déjeuner était plus généreux plus de choix, cette fois ci lait froid (je ne bois pas de café)pas de chocolat en poudre, déçu, là juste le strict minimum. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de parking mais dans l'ensemble ça à été

Funcionário foi atencioso quando solicitado. Porém o chuveiro é péssimo. Água não esquenta, dos 4 dias que ficamos, em 3 tomamos banho com agua gelada. Trocaram nos de quarto e o problema persistiu. Acrediro que seja algum problema estrutural no prédio, que não da conta de aquecer todos.

overall my experince was okay, stayed for 2 nights. It was easy to walk to the center. But walking in the neighboorhood at night was nervous for us.

The concept is brilliant and we totally support training of the young. The people we interacted with were incredibly lovely and accomodating. As a training place there is some fine tuning re the details of the room. The room had some residue of cleaning products etc. The building is minimalistic with concrete walls and if thats not your vibe maybe try elsewhere we found it fine. Price wise it was fine. Neighborhood wise its close to central Brussels which is great. However the area around the hotel was really dirty with rubbish. A restaurant nearby had its windows broken. It might not be the safest for a solo traveller but for us it was fine. Overall a good place to stay dragged down a bit by the neighbourhood.

Il ya ecrit parking avec l'hotel mes arriver sur place rue barrer et aucun parking compri avec l'hotel aucune place dans les rue j'ai du tourner pendan plus 1h pour ne rien trouver heureusement le mr de l'hotel ma donner une astuce ou me garer sejour gacher pas pu visiter se qui etait prevu du a la perte de temp a chercher ou me garer de plus lit d'apoint et un lit pliable de camping pas confortable pour la 3 eme personne

Netter Service und großes Zimmer, jedoch war die Sauberkeit mangelhaft. Vor allem die Sanitärbereiche, im Kühlschrank stand noch altes Essen, das Fenster wurde ewig nicht gesäubert und der Ausblick aufs Vordach war voll mit Müllsäcken. Parken auf dem umliegenden Straßen gegen Gebühr möglich.

El personal nos ha atendido bien en su mayoría pero no hay aire acondicionado, ni nevera, solo había una toalla, no hay vasos el wi-fi flojo se iba y venía y la puerta no cerraba bien. EL personal muy amable pero en mi opinión faltan servicios...Arriba hay una terraza muy maja para tomar el aire o fumar y está cerca de la grand place unos 15 o 20 min andando.

Property itself was absolutely fine, although, area it was in was absolutely dreadful, felt so unsafe despite being so close to city centre

O quarto era ok, mas com um mobiliário bem velho e estranho. Banheiro espaçoso e limpo. Nao tinha alguns utensílios básicos, como secador de cabelo, pedi na recepção e não me deram porque informaram que o que tinha disponível estava quebrado. Não tem ar condicionado, então quem vier no calor, vai sofrer. Estrutura da propriedade meio abandonada e mal cuidada, sendo que tinha potencial de ser muito bom. Entorno não muito amigável, caminho até o centro perto, porém sujo e não tinha sensação de segurança.

Ok hotel, good for 1 night stay. But generally no flooring tiles and quite hot as ventilation doesn’t work.
