Resort and its location is excellent. Make sure you reserve the lake view room.

Every detail was perfect! From check in to check out, we had a wonderful stay

Booked a lake view room but our room faces parking lot. Very disappointed

Room was nice except no mattee what we did for hvac temperature it never got colder or warmer. The balcony would have great potential if it was cleaned. It was filthy and we didnt want to sit in the chair as they were covered in dirt. It really needs some cleaning!

Loved the quiet part about the hotel. The views were amazing. Unfortunately our experience in the restaurant was not so good.

A couple doors in our room looked beat up. Service on our room service wasn’t correct. Otherwise…ok.

Great place. Was under construction when we visited or the score would be higher.

Very spacious renovated room. Exceptional view, quiet neighborhood, cozy balcony, beautiful restaurant in the hotel with good food, drinks and prices.

Very mediocre room for the price. Not even a cup of coffee offered for breakfast. Overpriced! Nothing extraordinary.

Great views of Lake Geneva and Nice restaurant with views!

A truly elegant property with gorgeous lake side views. Well appointed interior design and decor, thoughtful architecture, courteous and attentive customer service. No detail was left unsaid. What a beautiful place to stay, thank you!

Beautiful... Wish we would've known to make reservations to eat at the restaurant downstairs.

The room was nice and clean. The Lakeview option was the best part. The staff was super friendly and helpful. But for the price, the room should have more luxury options. You are basically paying for the view. There was no microwave in the room.The restaurant opened the day after we arrived. The food was ok, but nothing special. They have two parking lots so plenty of parking. The boathouse bar and grill is in walking distance and has great food.

Total scam/misrepresentatio. Charged me full freight and the hotel was under construction…no dining or food service.

The view to the lake was great. But the room was lacking in a lot of things. The remote control wasn’t the original for the tv so simple things like turning up the volume or changing the channel was an inconvenience. The bathroom door did not latch. The main door didn’t have the second lock. The showers were great. The beds were comfortable

The staff was friendly and very helpful, the inn was very clean and the lake view was spectacular

Fantastic Hotel!

The hotel looks great, I love the view, just tinny things on maintenance, like wallpaper was a little loose in some places on hallways. I was expecting to have food in the hotel, but restaurant was closed and it is something that I didn’t know beforehand.

Je revenais pour la troisième fois, l'hôtel est toujours très bien, situé et les chambres confortables si ce n'était le bruit assourdissant de la climatisation qu'il est impossible d'arrêter ! C 'est la première fois que je suis confronté ici à ce problème, je me suis renseigné à l'accueil qui m'a confirmé qu'il n'était pas possible de suspendre la climatisation. Ca plus l'absence de petit déjeuner ont raison de ma fidélité au GENEVA INN ....

After a 2000 mile journey, my husband and I decided to make one final stop before heading home. We managed to snag a last-minute deal on a king-size lake view room with a soaking tub. The complimentary glass of champagne at check-in was a delightful touch. Our room was stunning—immaculately clean, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The balcony offered an amazing view. We appreciated that the hotel was just off the main drag, so we weren't disturbed by town traffic, yet it was easy to access downtown where we enjoyed exploring the restaurants, shops, and walking by the lake. We will definitely return, especially once their new restaurant opens.
