호텔은 시내 중심에 위치해 있어 어디든 도보로 이동하기 편리합니다.

쇼핑몰과 가까운 좋은 호텔이었지만, 직원들이 그다지 친절하지 않은 것이 아쉽습니다.

알로르세타르에 머물기 좋은 호텔을 추천드립니다. 숙박 기간은 3일까지 연장됩니다.

어디든 가깝고 매우 깨끗한 숙소입니다. 최대 3일까지 연장합니다

사실 좋은데 서비스가 별로네요. Traveloka에서 주문한 내용에는 일반적으로 직접적인 데이터가 있습니다. 이것은 Wi-Fi 문제이고 신호가 좋지 않습니다. 호텔이 예약되었는지 여러 번 물었지만 호텔 예약을 취소하는 데 직원이 능숙하지 않습니다. Traveloka 도서 목록, 직원이 다른 앱을 확인할 수 있어야 합니다. 앱이 실제로 작동하면 도서 시스템으로 이동됩니다. 제가 적어둔 모든 옵션은 무시되었습니다 :(

Room was clean and had all basic need.

훌륭한 호텔, 주요 명소와 가까움. 청결은 개선이 필요함, 특히 욕실.

Travel for bisness purpose. 🌏.

There is one Mak cik at the front desk quite snob and using unnecessary annoying tone when deal wift guest. Room was comfy, water pressure okay, but the sink is clogged.

Saya dapat balik tidak sesuai saya pesan dan juga wafai tadak ada resionnis tak ada Adam sikap pada castmer sikap tidak baik.

The room is not that spacious but OK for a single traveller. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Toilet cleanliness is moderate only. But the hotel is very near to the Aman Central Mall. Distance walking distance. Many restaurants around within walking distance too.

Excellent and clean. Smell good.

Clean room. Hotel staff were friendly. Nearby shopping mall so getting food is easy.

I usually stay here for work purpose. The room is clean, simple. With table. Have instant coffee and tea. Comfy for short travel period. Room size is OK, not too small. Have adequate space for prayer.

The room is clean and tidy. Good location and easy to spot. Besides, Aman Central is about 100-200 metres from the hotel.

Semuanya oke, untuk keta pula senang nak parking dekat bawa hotel, thank you Alor Setar ada masa lagi akan kembali

Check in jam 3.30 pm. Air panas untuk mandi tak ada. Maklumkan pada kaunter. Sampai malam masih sama. Mandi air sejuk. Bila tanya kaunter (staff shift baru) dia tak tahu isu yang diadukan. Rupanya semua bilik tak ada hot water untuk mandi. Sampai pagi air masih sejuk. Waktu check out jam 11.00am tanya pada kaunter kenapa tak ada ada water heater. Baru bagi tau. Main controller heater rosak. 🙆. Sepatutnya bagi tau lah awal.
