3박을 이용했습니다. 두브로브니크 구시가지 예약을 추천하던데, 저는 외려 그곳보다는 좀 떨이진 캘리포니아 호텔을 추천합니다. 차량 이용하기 더 편해서 짐 옮기는 수고가 없어도 됩니다. 구시가지 높은 계단 미친듯이 짐끌고 올라가는 숙소들이 많습니다. 근처 버스승차장 앞 슈퍼마켓이 있어서 간단하게 식사도 해먹었습니다. 숙소 건너편에 식당도 구시가 대비 저렴하면서도 맛도 있습니다. 선셋비치/ 유니렌터카 반납 걸어서 가능합니다. 선셋비치 바다수영하기 아주 좋습니다. 이곳에 수영장이 있는데, 거의 사용하는 사람이 없어 우리만 프라이빗하게 이용했습니다. 주인이신 아주머니가 친절하게 안내를 잘 해주십니다. 24전화가능하다고 하는데, 문자드리면 바로바로 회신주십니다.

호스트가 굉장히 친절하고 여행에 도움되는 정보를 많이 주어 좋았음. 여행하는 중에도, 귀국하는 날 교통편까지도 세심하게 도와주고 신경써 주었음. 주방이 조금 작아서 아쉽기는 했지만 시설이 깨끗하고 조리도구도 잘 갖추어져있어서 매우 만족하며 보낼 수 있었음.

주인 아줌마가 상당히 친절하심. 멀리 시내에 있다가도 부탁하면 금새 돌아와서 도와주심. 두브로브니크 관광지 따로 조사할 필요 없음. 친절히 다 설명해주심

오랜 여행 끝에 마지막 행선지였던 이곳에서 만난 숙소의 주인은 최고의 친절함과 배려를 해 주었고 숙소 역시 위치적으로도 편리하고 매우 청결하였다.

진심어린 마리아의 환영인사. 구시가지 숙소와 다른 한적함이 마음에듬. 그렇다고 구시가와 많이 떨어진곳은 아니고 오히려 숙소옆해변도 구시가와 다른 또다른 매력이 있다. 방도 넓고 테라스가 넓어 흡연자에게도 최고의숙소. 방에 전자렌지,대형냉장고,커피메이커,전기포트등 안에서 조리해먹는데도 전혀 불편함이없는 숙소. 가족여행은 초강추, 나처럼 카렌트래도 주차도 큰문제없음.(미리 이메일등으로 문의하면 답변 바로옴) 여하간 20일여행 9개 숙소중 동안의 최고의 숙소였음.

The host of this apartment was super-kind. She told me everything. (tourist attractions, traffic information, restaurant..) Apartment was clean, wide, and comfortable. Also, good location!! between lapad beach and old town You can use coffee maker including coffee powder 아파트먼트 주인 Maria는 정말 최고로 친절했습니다. 광광 루트, 버스 정류장등을 상세히 안내해주었고, 직접키운 유기농 귤을 먹어보라면서 따서 주었습니다.(너무 맛있었어요!) 마지막날 아침일찍 떠나는데 배웅까지 해주었습니다.. (진짜 너무 친절하고, 좋은 분^^) 위치는 라파드 해변까지 걸어서 10분?정도 걸립니다. 구시가지 버스타면 5-6분정도?걸려요. (버스 4번타고 square2에서 내리면 됩니다.) 개인적으로 구시가지 안에는 계단이 많아서 숙소 안잡길 잘한거 같았어요. 여기는 도로변 옆에 위치해서 캐리어 끌고 다닐때 편했음. 객실 진짜 최고 깨끗했어요. 바닥 물티슈로 닦았는데 먼지도 없고 최고 깨끗.. 커피도 구비되어있어서 아침마다 내려먹었습니다. 다음번에 크로아티아 가면 또 이용하고 싶은 숙소였어요. 정말 좋아요..

It was a genuine feeling that they wanted us to have a really comfortable vacation. The use of WhatsApp to have a personal and swift communicationchannel was great. Appreciated the possibility to use the poolarea after checkout. Definitely recommend California Apartments especially for families with kids

Kaikinpuolin mukava majoituskokemus. Emäntä antoi paljon vinkkejä ja suosituksia rannoista ja ravintoloista. Bussi pysäkki noin 50 päässä, josta helppo yhteys vanhaan kaupunkiin.

Great location in Dubrovnik with fantastic hosts. Great to have a pool at the apartment to relax from the heat. Loads of bars and restaurants in area and old town and beach both within east reach

Clean and comfortable apartment with good location near restaurants, beach etc. All necessary facilities were included. Host/owner family was extremely kind and helpful. We had a lovely stay at California Apartments.

Veldig renslig, komfortable senger, leiligheten er utstyr med alt man trenger og masse håndkler til både dusj og bad. Veldig hyggelig vert med mye nyttig info og lett tilgjengelig om nødvendig. Beliggenheten er sentralt til det meste, bra buss forbindelser og mulighet for parkeing til MC 2 min unna. Anbefales!!

The hosts communication was great- she was incredibly helpful in guiding us in Croatia and sharing the bus schedules. We booked this as a budget stay and definitely wish we stayed closer to the water / closer to more dining / beach options. Re-using towels/beach towels for 4 days started to get bothersome. The property was clean and the host was wonderful

Et rigtig lækkert sted med en moderne lejlighed inkl. aircondition og terrasse, et skønt poolområde med lunt vand og rigtig god beliggenhed, hvor det er nemt at komme både ned i Dubrovniks gamle bydel, på restaurant og på stranden. Rent og rart at være i. Og ikke mindst en utrolig rar og hjælpsom ejer, der har styr på tingene, altid svarer på henvendelser undervejs, og som ikke tøver med at dele ud af tips og tricks til opholdet. Vi vil helt klart anbefale dette sted, og håber også selv at komme tilbage.

Maria is so helpful and wanted to ensure we had a great holiday. She gave us lots of tips to make the most of our time in Dubrovnik. The apartment was very clean as was the pool area. Little things like providing pool towels made a real difference.

Exceptional apartments connected to a lovely farmhouse with amazing views of Dubrovnik and a lovely pool. Marija is the most warm and welcoming host I have ever met. We felt like we were visiting family. She is so knowledgeable about Dubrovnik and gave us great tips on how to make the most of our 2 day stay there. She lent us snorkelling equipment as well. Her son provided airport transfer to us at a great price. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we return to Dubrovnik. Marija is a gem of a person and is completely invested in ensuring all her guests have a wonderful time. We will always have lovely memories of this visit. Thank you so much from our whole family :).
