the room smell like cockroach..and the room had a baby cockroach😖😖😖

Location is good (10 min to Bkt Tinggi, there is Maybank and 99 speedmart walking distance). However, the hotel is old and the furniture is broken. Air con is not cold, even the aircond in lobby is colder than hotel room. The room is not dirty but there is mold smell (we had to open the window and spray some air freshener. Good thing is we manage to get one room swapped but the room conditions are overall not good.)

room not clean and the door can't be open with the card..need to ask reception to open..

Hotel ok but no malay restaurant, so hard to find food. need to go city or mall

The rooms are not new and not clean. I don't feel comfortable. The air conditioner is noisy. The water for shower runs slowly.
