친절하게 길도 안내해주었어요. 주차장이 건물 바로 옆이라 좁은 길을 가야해서 긁을까봐 무서웠지만 자리도 있었어요. 엘레베이터가 없어서 짐을 들어야하고, 2박중 2번째 날에는 룸 정비가 안되어 있어서 수건이 부족했어요ㅠ

몬트리올 대학교 근방으로 교통과 주변 식당 및 편의시설이 좋았다. 또한 호텔직원도 친절하였고 방 상태도 좋았음. 페인트 칠한지 얼마 안 된거 같이 페인트 냄새가 좀 있었다.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room and all common areas were exceptionally clean, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of great coffee shops just a short walk away. Also, the drive to downtown was quick and convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! :)

Suite was well-appointed and quiet. Lots of eateries within a short walking distance. Staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay again!

Location was great and nice staff

The staff was very helpful and accommodated our unique luggage storage needs for our complicated itinerary. We were traveling by bicycle and they were willing to store our bicycle travel boxes for two weeks while we did our tour. It was greatly appreciated.

Metro station half a block away. Lots of restaurants on the same street.

We booked via expedia. After our stay. They charged us the room on our card. I had to call them and they said it was a mistake and they will credit the charge. Which was.not even the same.amount as the room. Also the booking said it had a continental breakfast included. When my wife asked for the breakfast...they said they had no breakfast included. That is false advertisement. It was also obvious on the.phone they were not happy we booked with Expedia. Why advertise with Expedia then. Location and price was good...except there was.no breakfast included. Because of this We will never book there again. I am.not.going ask for a refund but we should get some rebate because of this fault.

Excellent facilities close to the Université de Montréal. Clean, in excellent shape, and close to many restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, transit in a walkable part of the city. Great overall value. Will book again.
