시설내 주차공간이 부족할 때가 있으나, 인접한 길의 양편에 노상 주차가 가능합니다. 세탁기가 준비되어 있어, 세탁은 무료, 건조는 유료입니다. 자기 방 앞에 빨랫줄을 만들어 널 수도 있습니다. 바베큐 공간이 있어 이용할 수 있으나, 그 공간에 인접한 방이면 불편하기도 합니다. 숙소 밖으로 자갈이 깔려 있어, 이른 아침 혹은 늦은 밤에 이동하는 사람과 차소리가 더 크게 들립니다. 주변 풍경이 너무 좋고, 걸어다니거나 짧은 차 이동거리에 시설들이 밀집해 있어 편리합니다. 이 동네가 대개 그렇지만, 길 건너 바로 해변입니다. 냉장고가 무척 커서 좋아요. 가족 여행에 추천합니다.

Kaikoura is very beautiful place. And the experience of dolphine was great. I can't remember what was the name of watching dolphines, but I want to recommend, too.

Easy to find, helpful staff, accurate description of rooms

Friendly and helpful owners/managers. Lots of space and had everything we needed for our stay. Nice view and perfect location to start and end the seal colony hike.

Ageing facility that has been updated. Well equipped. Great location on the beach. Around 1.5km to main shopping restaurant area.

A good location by the beach , quiet but a bit of a back to town.

The motel was perfect for our stay in Kaikoura, we stayed for 6 nights and it was very comfortable and an excellent base to explore the town and surrounding areas

Perfect spot! Lovely room with a microwave, fridge, and parking. A step away from the beach front and beautiful views. We loved it there.

Staff amazing and being so close to the beach was a draw card. Nice quiet location away from the township business but close enough to walk or take a short drive to everything on Kaikoura

The location was perfect - especially if you're planning an Albatross or Dolphin Encounter. Nice to be right across from the beach too. Decently clean and comfortable, owners were very friendly.

Quiet location, just a few steps from the beautiful Kaikoura beach walk

Good clean spacious unit. Comfortable bed. Shower was great. Coffee mugs had been put away dirty. No air con/heat pump but an electric heater was supplied.
