이태원에 위치해 있어서 좋긴 하지만, 방에서 바깥 소음이 너무 심했어요.

여행하기에는 매우 편리하지만, 바의 소음으로 인해 잠을 잘 수 없는 사람이라면 고려해 볼 만합니다.

지하철역 근처라 위치는 좋았지만, 길가에 나이트클럽이 있어서 밤에는 너무 시끄러웠어요. 방은 좋았어요.

I stayed for 5 days during my first visit to Korea with my family in this hotel. It has nice rooms, free gym for hotel guests. It 's a wonderful place, especially for muslim since it 's near from the Seoul central mosque, and there is also many halal restaurants avaliable near the hotel. The Itaewon metro station and bus top is also in front of the hotel, so it 's very convenient to travel everywhere from there.

They have strict policy for check in procedure. You may not check in before 3 pm, and still cannot check in after 3 pm because room is not ready. I have 2 bookings for several nights. During check in, the Front Office said the available room is TWIN. I asked for single bed, and Reception charged me for single bed. Room is not clean. I found some womens' hair on the floor. Hotel engineer turned off the aircon. I felt quite hot in room, and when you asked Front Office to turn on the aircon, they asked you to open the window. So I open the window to circulate the air all day, except before sleep because too noisy outside. I asked to replace the bed sheet to Front Office, because it was dirty. Front Office said, the Housekeeping will always change the bed sheet and quilt cover because it is the SOP. However, they did not do so. So, I slept with dirty bed sheet and iritate my skin.

This hotel is easy to reach. From Incheon International Airport, you just take a limousine bus charged 15,000 Korean won, it stops in front of the hotel, across the road, in less than one and a half hours. To take a train, the subway station is just downstairs. To buy something, a shopping mall is just next door. To dine in halal restaurants, you just walk 10 to 50 m from the hotel.

Hotel is great location with Iteawon station in the front of the hotel. Room is spacious & supper clean

이태원 엔터테인먼트 아울렛의 중심에 위치한 호텔입니다. 주변에는 훌륭한 음식점도 많이 있습니다.

I'm stay at 9th floor for 2 night. The room is nice and clean. No noise from cozy road behind the hotel, so I can sleep very well. Hotel location also very good, just few step from subway station exit 1. Lots of restaurants around hotel but mostly not specialize in Korean food, so you need to go little far to find Korean restaurant. If you want to change your currency to won, just go across the street. You will find small money changer with yellow sign and yes they will give you better exchange rate.

The hotel is perfect with complete amenities, clean room, with automatic bidet, shopping mall below, near to all Halal Muslims foods, subway is just in front of the hotel, definitely will come over again.

Saya sangat senang, bersih dan ramah, kawasannya sangat strategis, apalagi bagi kaum muslim.

Good, near subway, shopping, sightseeing.

The hotel is quite old, the room is very small and so noisy from the clubs nearby there at night!! The location is very good, but you can find lots of hotels very close to the subway station in Seoul!! I recommend you guys to pick the guys to stay in other areas like Gangnam or Sinsa. Nothing just the clubs in Itaewon area!

Hotel ini sangat nyaman, sesuai dengan tampilan foto. Resepsionis ramah, kebersihan oke dan yang paling penting lokasi sangat strategis, di area muslim korea, banyak makanan halal. Di depan hotel juga ada mal dan banyak pertokoan. Belanja oleh-oleh di sekitar hotel lebih murah dibandingkan di tempat lainnya (gantungan kunci, magnet kulkas dan lain-lain). Hotel ini recommended banget untuk wisatawan muslim dan yang baru pertama kali ke selul. Sangat dekat dengan subway dan halte bus.

Staff good clean room and comfortable good location

Location is awesome for Muslim traveller, itaewon station at doorstep, halal certified food is just 100 metres away, room is spacious.
