시설이 정말 좋았어요. 다음에 또 이용하고 싶어요

새로 지어진 건물이고 깨끗하고 고급스럽습니다. 그리고 번화가에 있어서 편리합니다.

Lack of attention to the details that make a stay. Too few towels, no little vanity sets, toothbrushes etc. or even a biscuit or two at the coffee station like most other hotels in this price range have as standard. The carpets have a strange smell. Overall it was fine for a night but I wouldn’t return.

The staff service was exceptional especially Angela who went above what you expect as customer service

The Check in was so easy. Great staff and professionalism. The only issue we found was the TV wasn’t a smart TV and didn’t connect to apps as we are used to. But we didn’t spend too much time in the room. No hot tub and the gym was a bit disappointing. Bed was only a queen and a bit cramped for 2 large adults. But the overall stay was great. I would stay again if it were just me, but not suitable for me and my husband.

Appartment size good but bedroom and bathroom far too small. Bed size very small. Towels poor quality. So many rules treating guests like school children

Simply a fantastic hotel, one of the best in Brisbane

THe apartments are wonderful. The rooftop area is great and it was clean and well equipped in a great position. ONly advice is to clean the grout in the showers.

The room had a terrible odour and as it was a work trip with long hours out of the apartment there didn’t seem any point to change rooms - however I wish I did as it soured the whole experience.

Clean, modern, excellent presentation

First impressions on check in was Staff didn’t want to be there. Just a simple smile and Welcome would have been nice. The 4 days we were there, each time we walked through foyer not a friendly smile or acknowledgment . Had to wait for room at 3 as wasn’t ready, so expecting very clean room! Rug was covered in hair, couch dirty and very worn and uncomfortable, really needs updating! Don’t think I would stay there again. Expected more for what we paid!

Everything was perfect about it. It’s in a great location. It’s really well kitted out. And the staff were terrific. It’s really close to everything but absolutely quiet at the same time

Ruth was awesome. Rooms clean and close to everything we needed. Nearby coffee shops brilliant

The room was nice, clean and enough space for our one night stay. The rooftop area was really nice. A jacuzzi would’ve been great! Nicer quality mini shampoo’s/conditoners would be ideal as that extra little touch. I didn’t like that we had to pay for parking at the hotel- it should come with the room.

Building and rooms overall are ok but with the price i expected more. The gym was very disappointing and doesn't even have weights and a bench. rooms have nothing to be impressed with the price you pay beside the decor, sofa so warn u practically sink down. wifi router in front in front of our room was off, told the reception and staff dismissed it and told me i they can call their tech and have me talk to them and didn't even check themselves until i took picture to prove it. overall very disappointing good location, ok rooms, poor staff and value

Good hotel, perfect location if you are visiting Fortitude Valley for restaurants and shopping
