전체 평가 및 리뷰 Urban Hostel Palma Albergue Juvenil

I stayed there for one night. It was difficult to find. And it looks far different that i saw in the pictures. And i arrived there around 2 pm but i couldnt check in .. Because they only work after 5 pm. but most terrible thing was i left my tommy hilfiger jean jacket so i try to contanct them but its not working.the phone only answer by auto machine so i left my message about my jacket but they never answer me. I sent email but they never check the mail.

First time in a hostel and have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Bed was comfier than expected, showers were better than some hotels I’ve stayed in, location to everything was brilliant. Place was kept clean and tidy, and everyone seemed to have respect for each other. A really enjoyable experience. Only downside was getting woken at 1am by reception staff with no explanation before allowing a new guest to come and stay in the dorm. But…. That’s hosteling for you I suppose.

Great place to stay and the breakfast is free. Please attend to the smelly toilets on the first floor. Room 12. I had to keep closing the bathroom / toilet door because the sewerage smell is terrible

Overall good value for money. Can‘t really complain much for that price per night breakfast. The room needed a good vacuuming, however, and the bed was not quite comfortable. The reception was friendly and accommodating.

I have to be honest some of the reviews I read were negative. But I had a good experience. Staff was helpful with getting a/c to work. I slept well. Room was quiet. All I can ask for.

Första gången jag bor på ett vandrarhem i sovsal. Skräckblandad förtjusning. Men mycket trevligt. Sov i olika bäddar i olika rum eftersom jag bokade fler nätter. I ett av rummen stördes man av en automatisk lampa. Men i övrigt svala rum. Mycket vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra läge, nära bussar och gamla stadskärnan. Van vid bättre hotell men av olika anledningar valdes detta boende. God frukost som ingår, liksom möjlighet att värma mat i ugn och mikro.

Excellent staff. Especially Andrés, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Good rooms, only adjustments would be enforcing the common no noise and lights off after 2200. And more shower and bathroom facilities would make it perfect.

overall condition is great. nice and clean. BUT the bed and pillow are excruciating! the material is so badly chosen that they provide no support to your lower back nor neck. the worst sleep experience I've ever had after all those hostels stay. whoever decided to purchase needs to be sacked ASAP!

Nice girl in reception, hotel have ok standard. But beds are not good comfort. I am tall and bed was not for 190cm. Impossible to sleep, noice everywhere

Very functional option even for a 47 years old adult. Everything went well.

The hostel is dirty, the receptionist isn't friendly. My room was very very dirty and had bad smell, they don't have control about the beds, in my room 3 beds was free and they didn't know. The bathroom is clean once per day, and is about 30 people using it.

Me gusto la ubicacion y la limpieza. No me gusto que no funcione el ascensor, ni el aire acondicionado de la habitacion

Ich habe in diesem Hostel wirklich coole Leute kennengelernt. Die Sauberkeit ist trotzdem nicht genügend und das Hostel würde eine Renovierung brauchen.

Typisk ungt publikum, som tog godt imod mig på 50 år, de unge på hostel har en fed indstilling til social ansvarlighed i praksis.

Su ubicación me ha permitido ir andando a todo el casco antiguo de la ciudad. Las salas comunes permiten relacionarse con los otros huéspedes, desconectar, descansar... Todo un acierto. Hay que tener claro que es hostal, no un hotel.

Un poco incómodo, debido a que estaban casi al 100 de ocupación, no me pudieron prestar un cobertor y era una noche fría. Tambien, las literas al ser de tres bases, son im tanto inestables. Por otro, lado agradezco que me hayan recibido después de su horario de cierre.
