Perfect place to stay.

The sheets and blankets were all stained , we slept on top of our clothes and used a sweater as a pillow case

I never received my 100 dollar deposit

They charged an extra $100 to the room fee. I would understand a smaller charge because it was last minute that two people were included. The room was used for not even 24 hrs and we were charged $100 extra. I understand for towels and shower but an extra $100? That seems like way too much. It was too late to book elsewhere and cancel. The hotel does not look like the pictures on the website. Booked this room for someone else but won’t be booking here again unfortunately.

Mala atención

I chose the hotel because of the inside vs outside access to the rooms. We wanted to stay somewhere not too far from the border. The comforter wasn’t clean. I slept on my packed clothes. The vibe of the hotel, to me, was eerie. It is doable if you only need a place to sleep for the night. The 7 eleven store next door can get a little business overnight but not too noisy.

Stopped for one night. Basic hotel with no pool. Didn’t come down for breakfast but area looked small. Didn’t like the tile floors in room, prefer carpet but room was large but plain. Not bad for price though cuz just needed to sleep.

The Guy from front desk with long hair was just rude . i dont recommend anyone coming here

Great stay, no issues

Everything was excellent & close to freeway.

The linens were clean as was the room. The whole place was old and in need of repairs. The shutters over the sliding door to a balcony were loose and swinging. There was only a desk chair in the room. The room door was hard to open once the key worked. There were three desk personnel I encountered - two male and one female. The lady was friendly, smiling, and helpful. The men were not friendly or pleasant to deal with. There are no luggage carts, so all belongings have to be brought in by hand. The neighborhood is questionable so it would explain why the exterior door is always locked. The breakfast offered was cold cereal and other packaged items. There was juice and apples. The milk for the cereal was a gallon jug in a small refrigerator. It was half empty and stayed that way both days I was there. No telling how long it had been there or who had handled it. All in all, I would not recommend this place.

The service provided is not what I had expected or what was promoted.

Upon check-in I was told that I had been scammed by booking and checking in through Expedia. The person at the front was loud and boisterous. The hotel is under remodel I believe there were boxes in the hallway. It stated the ice machine was on a different floor and it wasn’t when we called the front desk the receptionist told us that I could bring one cup to him and he’d get me the the ice. The breakfast is very watered down coffee, cereal bars, milk and cereal.

The property is clean and spacious, but you have to check in from the outside. We stayed for 2 days and didn't request for housekeeping instead, I requested for towels from the staff and through texting but never got them. Breakfast is included but there's barely any food.

I checked in at 11pm, very tired from a 3hr drive. Its 1am and there is a party going on

Reviews not accurate. Property is average, not worth the price per night.
