Hotel was very dirty and beds are really uncomfortable. A lot of people just hanging out outside including some of the workers there as well

Waited an hour for someone to show up at the front desk to check in. Refrigerator didn't work. Electrical hazards everywhere.

The property wasn't clean at all, and smells bad

My room was clean, but the general state of the hotel looks like on construction with elevators unpainted, laundry bags displaying… my room was ok but it did not have soap or shampoo and conditioner.

Is a very dirty place. Roaches on the room, I ask to change my room two times. The employee was very nice and professional but the place is in very bad condition.

Room was in terrible condition. Mold on window sill and bathroom ceiling. Door guard in bathroom had large mold deposits on it.Formica trim on sink counter coming off/bowed. Ceiling fan rusty and disgustingly dirty.

No one was at the front counter to help, literally had to called twice to ask for help, and after 30 min someone came to give is the key. Terrible experience.

Room was cheap but filthy. Food crumbs under table, hole in wall behind door with old door non still lodged in wall, tub baseboard laying on floor, no coffee machine, disgusting stains on the mattress, and small bugs. Loud alarm on back door 24/7 not too good when people go out for a smoke in the middle of the night. You only get what you pay for.

This was a terrible stay. Couldnt get tv to work, door was warped and had to lift to get it closed. very loud noises from Guests outside.

The elevator had trash in it the wall was filthy the toilet was not cleaned the floor was nasty it was gritty. I drop some water on the floor and used a towel to dry it was pure black. I will never stay again if i hadn't booked 3rd party i would have asked for my money backand slept in my car and wasn't just that room because i rend 2

No toilet paper in the room, no soap, leaking shower head all night long and a dirty used soap at top of shower… One good thing, bed was comfortable.

The property was very smelly and the bathtub was dirty. Bedspreads had old spots and stains. Tv didnt turn on at all.

The pillow smelled like body sweat. The floor was greasy filthy. The sinks and counters were very clean every thing else was clean. The hall needs scrubbing because it had food spilled all over.

Our room had roaches, wasn’t swept or mopped, counters weren’t whipped clean, stove was dirty. Roaches were everywhere in the bathroom (toilet,tub,sink and floor) when we got the room our door was not shut nor locked. Fridge had roaches going through it even the freezer.

Todo estaba sucio con mal olor, con cucarachas. el servicio malísimo la habitación solo contaba con dos toallas, en la habitación se sentían muchos ruidos y golpes un experiencia horrible. Tienen mucho que mejorar.

Roaches everywhere

We walked in last night and the lobby reeked of pot. As we preceded to the room the elevator was out of order which we were not informed. So we had to find a stairwell to go to the 3 floor. The hallways all smelled of pot. Piles of dirt everywhere. Broken/moldy equipment in the hallway. As well as dirty linens and none tending to them. Drywall dust and pieces on the floors . Our room door was broken … the fridge was moldy… The room smelled of musky mold if we didn’t need to only sleep for 4 hours we would not have stayed it was absolutely disgusting. No one with any pride in their business would allow their hotel to look like this. For a location that says that it was smoke free the cleanest part of the hotel was the stairwell.

I’m sorry to say but this is a very filthy and poorly maintained hotel. The rooms are filthy doesn’t look like they cleaned at all. There was roaches crawling around. The maintenance of the building is terrible elevators broken fire alarm went off when I tried to call front desk my room phone would not work. Had to get dressed and go see if we were safe. I have to go through all my luggage now to make sure I’m not taking any of these cockroaches home with me

This property is tough to find and rough. The roughest Extended Stay I have ever stayed at. Walls damaged door to bathroom damaged exterior of fridge rusty, floors dirty. Disappointing.

Had a reservation yet they gave away our room by 4 pm. Couldn’t bother to let us know, so when we arrived at11pm, we were informed. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional
