Ok, but the smell in the room not nice

The room was dirty!! Thats a picture of the toilet after i flushed it.. Mold on walls, and hair on sink sink and counters.. There was a stain on bed but I was so pissed I left before taking any more pics. When it was brought up to staff she stated house keeping sucks and she doesn't have anymore double bed rooms.. She said she issued a refund and we left.

Overnight Desk Person's customer service was awful, she also appeared to be intoxicated. Refused to let me check in after I pointed out the fact that she was being rude and insulting. Yet I was still charged as if I checked into the room.

Beware! There was bedbugs in our room!

There were bedbugs in our room! They told us the only two options were to stay in the room or check out of the hotel!!!! Bye Felicia!!! The maintenance guy was the only good thing about the property.

Easy fast check in.

Check in at 10:05pm and no one is here. Waited 30 minutes. No one is here. Have to go book another hotel

Waited 10 minutes to check in. No staff around. Room clean but public areas filthy

Didn’t sleep well floors and furniture was cause not people. To damn loud.

We didnt even stay. I checked in and went to the room (it was so dirty) and requested for a new room. The new room was the same. The atmosphere; the environment was very unclean. Construction was being performed on the first floor, where we were assigned, so we had to walk thru dusty halls. Would never stay here, not even for 1 night. Avoid if you have children with you.

Very tired property. The faux leather couch was peeling big time, no lamps anywhere, no dishes/ silverware to be found, no shampoo only a bar of soap. Elevator was dirty and the paint was chipped and peeling. The front door was not secured allowing access into the building.

It is not upto the standards expected from extended stay. The bed is really bad

Not only was everything dirty, the "front desk" female, with glasses and a pony tail, knocked on our door at 10AM asking if we were checking out today. She completely interrupted our stay and I wonder if I hadn't opened the door if she would have just walked in. Check out is not until 11, and when I confirmed it with her, she just looked at me and walked away. Rude and unsafe. I paid for a full night and should not be rudely interrupted early for no reason. I will not return.

Dirty floors lots of really strong smells trying to cover weed that made a bad mixture bathroom door got stuck locked if you closed it tv didn’t work the lady at the front test was nice but other than that the place was pretty thrashed

I booked a room for 3 nights. When I checked in, I was told that there was no housekeeping. I asked if I was to exchange my dirty towels for clean towels, Since there was only 2 sets of towels. I was told by the front desk that I had to wash them myself. I paid $131.00 a night, and have to launder the hotels towels? I am on the road about 200 nights a year and will not be staying in an Extended Stay for more than 2 nights at a time.

Location was the reason I selected this hotel. Maintenance of the hotel are very poor.
