Good

Staff is friendly.

You don’t get housekeeping for two weeks unless you pay for it and same with linens, but the maintenance man walked in while I was naked, taking a shower

The front desk submitted an unauthorized charge to my card.

It is infested with fleas. They are pet friendly but the dogs bark endlessly. The tv has poor service. The staff isn't very friendly. Housekeeping only comes around every 10 days.

Loud highway noise. TV didn't work. Cheap place to crash, but spartan.

I came in from work an I smelled a very strong horrible smell it literally busted my head an I got so sick to my stomach. It was so strong as I was walking to my room it got stronger then after I walked in my room I opened the window I looked around didn't see anything so I called the front desk an asked her to walk upstairs to check then she said omg yes it's very strong she figured out the smell was where they worked on a bathtub a couple doors down just about a hr before I got in . I asked can I please move rooms she said she absolutely couldn't that she didn't have the authority a would get in trouble. I was very upset Especially since I've stayed here for a month an pd daily everyday then I explained I cant handle that smell she said sorry I would if I could. I hs stopped an gotten. Pizza that costed 21$ couldn't even eat it I was afraid that whatever chemicals that they used to fix the tub in the other room it got into the pizza so not only was it literally the worst stay ever also it was money wasted on. Pizza. I will be checking out an going to a new hotel in the morning. VERY VERY upset

It is an extended stay hotel, there was no coffee maker in the room, and if you use their pots and pans they charged. Glad i brought my own.

Checked in after 10p.m. The desk service was quick, and gave needed info. On the I pad screen. Liked the room, and simple breakfast. Nice and quiet for a good night of sleep. Definitely a favorite place to stay in NKY
