2주간의 숙박중 가장 별루였던 호텔. 호텔에 냄새도 안좋고 방이 도로옆이라 밤새 시끄럽고 직원에게 콜을해도 올라오지도 않고 욕실도 지저분하고 샴푸도 없었던 유일한 호텔. 침대는 편했어요.

My stay was fantastic.welcoming receptionist and Smooth check in process for the win. Very satisfied with the stay.

My husband and I are homeless someone gave us money to get a room to get off the streets for a night and the heartless female wouldn't let my husband stay in the room with me because his wallet was stolen and he didn't have his driver's license

Gross, roaches everywhere. Weird hours for the staff, front desk leaves at 10pm. I checked out four days early due to how gross it was losing money but it was worth it

It’s a scam I didn’t even stay here and they still charged me

The stay was ok. I could tell they were in the middle of improvements. But the bed was comfortable and the room had everything I needed

Smells very bad like cigarette smoke all through the hallways and the rooms especially I couldn’t sleep much with the smell but I had no choice

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean, and quiet. Most importantly, there was parking for my truck.

Raquel and the staff have done a great job at making me feel comfortable and gave excellent customer service as well as made my getting in as easy as it can be....

The room smelled like smoke from the time I arrived. I asked for a non-smoking room. The second day was horrible. I had to open the window and spray Lysol, and turn on the fan in the bathroom in order to breathe. I found out that smokers were placed on the third floor and I was on the fourth floor. Why would management place smokers below a floor? Smoke travels upwards. There was construction taking place on the first floor, where I asked to be placed in the beginning. There was a man outside with a woman in a wheelchair, smoking and would not move as I was backing out. Then there was a man with a dog and a cat, with his clothes and the rest of his belongings outside on the sidewalk. It is a dump!

It’s a trap house, I checked in and I checkout the same night.

This hotel should be avoided at all costs. Unfinished drywall. Holes in walls. Odorous. Cheap and rickety beds and furniture.

This property was very unsafe, dirty walls and sheets had stains. People outside look sketchy. I felt bad for booking this hotel with my kids.

There was roaches in the room. Floor in the restroom was un-even. Some light were out.

No hot water I didnt get to shower i called the front desk and they said when they have time they would Take a look
