Hotel ótimo com custo benefício e atendimento maravilhoso, todos funcionários foram muito solícitos, o quarto era grande e confortável. Fica 15 minutos do centro da cidade com ponto de ônibus em frente ao hotel, vale a pena para casais e família principalmente.

Nice stay, hard to get around the surrounding area

Our stay at the Hotel Britannia was great. The staff was outstanding and even lent us an adapter for our phone charger. The breakfast was fantastic with fresh fruit, pastries and cappuccino. Thanks for a great stay.

We stayed in a room for 4 people. The two twin beds were awful, hard as a rock. The location is fabulous and breakfast was good. I only wish I could have slept :(

Great location and extremely helpful staff. Very clean and wonderful breakfast. Loved the rooftop terrace. Would stay again!

Buen hotel con buen desayuno

Great staff, its a about a 10-15 walk to town. Taxis rip you off, so it about 30 euros for a 2 minute drive.

Hotel Britannia is a classy, comfortable hotel just outside the main part of the city. Breakfasts were great and the staff was amazingly helpful especially when we had some car issues. (We were able to park there but if you are driving it is probably better to plan on parking in town and taking the bus that conveniently stops right at the hotel.) The only complaint we had is that the water in the hot tub was not very warm.

Hotel Britannia is wonderful! If possible, book a room with balcony and view. The staff is outstanding. They make you feel at home, and services are superb. Five stars is not enough.

A beautiful hotel, very welcoming. Outstanding roof-top terrace with jacuzzi. Lovely terrace with lemon trees. Desk staffed at all times with knowledgeable, welcoming employees. Loved the balcony! Staff very accommondating.

Es una excelente opción en Sorrento, super bien ubicado, atendido por sus propios dueños, es un hotel pequeño pero muy cómodo y acogedor, con habitaciones amplias y lencería cómoda y fresca, la mejor asesoría para todas las actividades de la zona, volvería sin duda.

My room wasn’t so good .. ( made the reservation last minute ) but all other rooms are nicer with sea view or Garden view in this hotel , the stuff and the owner are helpful and very nice and they do everything to make you happy and comfortable …There is a beautiful garden with a lemon tree and sea view. I would go back there ( not in the same room)

Nice and clean hotel with elevator which is very important, helpul and friendly staff, jacuzzi with a great view. Highly recommended .

Absolutely delightful hotel overlooking the Bay of Naples. Comfortable room with ensuite and balcony. The team at the hotel were absolutely brilliant and Stephano's cakes are outstanding. We will definitely return
