두브로브니크에서의 두번째 숙소. 호스트가 정말 친절했고, 방도 깨끗하고 시설도 훌륭했습니다. 위치도 올드타운 중심이어서 관광하기에 편했습니다. 다음 휴가때 또 이 숙소에서 머물고 싶네요^^

Friendly host. Historically valuable building and items of furniture. Sufficiency of toiletries. All is clean. I was very satisfied with everything.

두브로브니크 구시가지 중심의 위치가 좋은 호텔입니다. 필레게이트에서 100미터 정도의 거리로 아주 가깝습니다. 올드타운의 모든 곳을 샅샅이 구경할수 있고 필레게이트에서 두브로브니크 시내로 가는 버스를 타고 이동해도 10-15분 정도면 갈 수 있습니다. 호텔방은 깨끗했지만 샤워실물이 잘 빠지지 않았고 엘리베이터가 없는 4층이라 짐을 들고 올라갈때 그리고 체크아웃시 짐을 들고 내려올떄 많이 힘이 들었습니다.

스트라둔 중앙에 위치하고 있어 구시가지를 둘러보거나 케이블카 타기에도 모두 도보로 가능해서 편했고 깨끗하고 편해서 좋았어요. 체크아웃 후에도 짐을 보관할수 있어요.

구시가지 중심에 있어 명소를 둘러보기 너무 좋았고, 공항버스나 택시 정류장과도 가까운 위치라 아주 굿굿이었습니다~. 구시가지는 밤 12시까지 쇼핑이 가능하고, 볼 거리도 많아 담에 또 방문하게 된다면 또 묵고 싶은 곳입니다. 인테리어도 아주 좋고, 저희는 하루만 묵어 넘 아쉬웠습니다~~

If you want to feel close to Old Town, it will be a good place to stay, but if not, it might be loud and uncomfortable. You have to use the steep stairs to enter the hostel, You can hear the big singing of tourists who are full of excitement until dawn, The water goes down slowly in the bathroom You can fall asleep to the sounds of the swallows. But Old Town walking back and forth all the places and as much as you can hear briefly and location Friendly hosts wine gift! Atmosphere and delicious breakfast, Beds you do not want to get up You can feel the feeling of staying in the Middle Ages.

스트라둔대로 한가운데 있어서 지리적 요건이 굉장히 뛰어납니다. 다만 구시가지 특성상 오래된 건물이어서 엘리베이터가 따로 없어 짐이 많다면 조금 힘들수 있습니다. 객실은 호텔스닷컴에 제공되어진 사진과 거의 완벽하게 똑같았습니다. 냉장고와 냉동고가 빌트인되어있었고 조리도구들도 많이 구비되어있고 세탁기도 있었습니다. 침실의 조명은 전반적으로 좀 어두운편이었지만 거실겸 주방은 천장쪽으로 창문이 있고 화장실에도 천장쪽에 창문이 있어 굉장히 밝은 편입니다. 스트라둔대로는 새벽 1시정도까지 굉장히 시끄러운편이서 잠귀가 예민하다면 잠자리가 조금 불편할수도 있습니다. 구시가지에서 숙박한다면 추천할만한 굉장히 뛰어난 아파트라고 생각합니다.

People who worked ar horel were really helpful and kind. They give us excellent information of dining. In addtion to breakfast they provide were really healthy. We enjoyed staying hotel during the journey.

구시가지 메인 스트리트에 위치하여 외출후에도 잠깐씩 들릴수 있을만큼 위치가 좋습니다~ 객실 시설도 좋고 깨끗합니다~ 직원도 매우 친절해요~ 만족도 최상입니다^^

Excellent location, perfect for wonding in the old town and nearby attration, the biuilding & room are very clean. the host is not always around, one should contact hotel for arrival check in time to be sure, email answered promptly. Breakfast was provided in a small restaurant about two minutes walk from the hotel.

Only problem, hot water ran out quickly and only 2 of us and beds were not great. Still almost 5 stars

Beautiful hotel in perfect location. I wish the couch was a bit bigger so it would be possible for all guests to relax and even sleep on it.

Amazing location within the walls and doesn’t have any steps to get to the hotel!! If you book the private car from the airport Andrea meets you at the drop off location to walk you to the hotel which was so helpful. Very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again

The location is great. The room is spacious and has a separate bedroom and living room. Check in is located in a different building and they are not there when they aren’t having check ins. We had 2 TVs. Neither would connect to the internet so they were unavailable. The check-in worker did come the next morning and got one TV working, but by the time we returned from our tour, it wasn’t working again. Overall it was a quiet room, however the first night, there must have been a party at Mamas, which was right outside our first floor window and they partied till 2am. VERY noisy. (Bring earplugs in case there is a party going on. But don’t worry that it will be like that all the time)

We booked Palmotta #4 for two nights (paid in full), #4 is on the "first floor". Croatia Airlines cancelled out flight into Dubrovnik (tire wouldnt hold air), so we were sent to Zagreb then the next day to Dubovnik. Meanwhile Palmotta Palace moved us to #9, 3rd floor. No elevator, step scary stairs. The receptionist was rude. All this being said, the location is great.

Good, staff not to welcoming, had to wait one hour for staff to arrive to be able to enter, and stair with gab was very uncomfortable

Misrepresented as a hotel. The receptionist was never there. We were lucky to get in to dial to be let into our room. Good location.

The staff was very helpful before and during checkin. The room was spacious and the property we’ll keep. Great location right off the main Old Town street.
