Great location — close to shopping, restaurants, and transportation. The staff were generally friendly, and overall I enjoyed my stay.
The only issue I experienced was with the hot water. On the first night, I thought I might have been using the faucet incorrectly, and since it was quite late, I did not report it. As a result, I had to take a cold shower that evening.
On the second night, when I returned to the hotel, I spoke with the receptionist about the issue. He mentioned that the boiler was probably not working properly. While I understand that problems can happen and that there may not have been an immediate solution available late at night, I felt that a simple apology for the inconvenience would have been appreciated. The response came across as somewhat frustrated, which made the situation a little disappointing.
I did have some warm water that night, enough for a quick shower, and after reporting the issue again on the third day, the hot water was finally restored.
I understand that equipment can occasionally fail, and I do not blame the staff for a problem that occurred late at night. My only suggestion would be that, in situations like this, a few kind words, an apology, and a polite explanation can go a long way toward helping guests feel valued and understood.
Despite this issue, I enjoyed my stay and would still recommend the hotel because of its excellent location and overall positive experience.
