해안가, 중심지, 버스터미널 모두 도보로 이용가능하고 룸도 넓고 조식도 괜찮았음. 스파와 사우나 시설이 훌륭했고, dead sea 경험은 정말 특별했음. 재방문 의사 100% ^^

Overall had a very good stay. Hotel is in a good location as close to beaches and shops. Staff were friendly and efficient. Good choice of breakfast and dinner options.

Really nice hotel with amazing Spa complex when you can relax and enjoy your time! One of my favorite Sauna in the world with the gorgeous views. Delicious breakfast including champagne! Super friendly stuff! Will be back again anytime soon! Thank you :)

Ilmastointi piti ikävää ääntä. Kompressori meni päälle kuuden minuutin välein ja oli päällä kolme minuuttia.

I love this beautiful city. It is very quiet and enchanting.

The hotel is located in a wonderful location, near the sea and a beautiful oak park. The spa is good, but there are a few minor issues. First of all, the pool itself is a bit unkempt, with a lot of sand on the bottom that somehow got there. Some of the massage tubs don't work. Furthermore, the air conditioning system works oddly, making the room uncomfortable. The bathrooms also need some work.

Super hotel & spa. L'ensemble du personnel tres accueillant et aux petits soins. Le spa est super. Une grande variété de sauna. Ne pas hesiter a réserver les soins a l'avance. Je reviendrai sans hésitation. Tres bon souvenir de Parnu.

Comfortable room with great spa facilities. We booked this last minute as part of an Estonia trip. The outside was a bit “Soviet” style architecture which was off putting but the inside had been beautifully redone. Spa and saunas an added bonus. We really loved them and it’s not our usual choice. Staff knowledgeable and super helpful. By large hotel standards the breakfast was ok rather than great.

Palvelutaso ja asiakaspalveluosaaminen kaikkinensa heikkoa, respan palvelu oli jo saapuessa (ruuhka-ajan ulkopuolella) todella hidas ja huolimaton (teki virheitä), jonot olivat pitkät ja kasvoivat. Huoneemme oli likainen ja suihku rikkinäinen, minkä osalta palvelu ongelman kanssa ei myöskään vastannut nykytasoa. Spa-osastolla oli likaista, asiakkaat kulkivat ulkojalkineilla altaille ja altaan pohjassa olikin runsaasti likaa sekä hiekkaa, kannattaa huomioida lisäksi, että pienemmille lapsille ole sopivaa osastoa.

War sehr schön der Spa Bereich, ebenso das Frühstück. Sehr nettes Personal. Es gibt zwei Parkmöglichkeiten (P1 und P2). P2 ist die günstigere Variante.

Strange hotel. Spa and gym are excellent. Reception service is average. Breakfast is poor. Housekeeping is terrible. Noisy rooms.

We have stayed here several times. Allways a pleasant stay with the sauna world, gym and good breakfast. Friendly and smiley staff mostly - at breakfast the older female staff were though quite crancy as the younger ones had great attitude. The pillows are a bit on the too soft side. Premises well kept.

Perus hotelli. Kylpylä ihan ok, mutta heinäkuussa ainakin törkeän kallis eli hinta laatusuhde ei kohtaa. Kylpylän ravintolan työntekijä töykeä.
