Clean, staff, spa, location

Breakfast was good. Room was great. Bed was comfortable, slept like a baby. Balcony was large. Staff was helpful and professional. Location was great. Best of 3 hotels we stayed at in Argentina. We did not use the Span or pool.

Really great hotel in a stellar location. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back to the hotel at some point in the future.

O café da manha foi o ponto fraco do hotel. Pouca variedade. Com relação aos frios , só tinha presunto cozido cortado em fatias grossas.

Great staff. Very helpful in coordinating our outings. Shout out to Jhon, the doorman, who was particularly upbeat and very friendly. Good location, walkable to nearby restaurants and easy to catch an uber in 5 min. No complaints except a short notice water shut off just before check out (probably just bad luck), but they gave us a late check out so maybe I shouldn't complain. Breakfast was convenient and well organized, but not nothing special. We would stay there again!

Ótima localização em Palermo, ruas lindas, cheias de cafés e restaurantes, hotel bonito, limpo, equipe muito atenciosa, café da manhã variado e sala de SPA

Nice location and airy, clean and spacious rooms. We had two concerns. The walls between rooms are paper thin. We had noise partying neighbours who played loud music until 4am. The hotel did not seem to notice this. The second issue was that breakfast was uninspiring and very limited. Reasonably good value for money when we went though.
