깨끗하고, 조식이 매우 맛있었어요 직원분이 매우 친절했어요

골든써클 투어 마치고 비크까지 가기는 넘 먼 것 같아서 이 호텔을 선택했어요. 기대 안 했는데 너무 좋아서 깜짝 놀랐어요. 객실도 깔끔하고, 주변 경치도 너무 좋구요. 아파트먼트로 예약했는데 내부에는 간단한 조리도구가 마련되어 있어서 직접 요리 해 먹기도 좋았습니다. 창문으로 말들이 뛰어노는 그림같은 경치를 감상하며 식사할 수 있었어요~레스토랑도 맛있다고 하던데 못가봐서 아쉬웠어요. 다음에 아이슬란드에 또 오게 된다면 다시 이 호텔을 선택할 것 같아요!!

Lovely staff, great location to see the northern lights (we saw it during the stay here), nice free breakfast, clean bed and bathroom, lovely atmosphere.

위치: 레이캬비크 시내, 골든서클로 일정이 가득찬 날이라 비크까지 가서 숙박하기엔 무리가 있다는 생각이 들어 이 숙소로 정했습니다. 여행의 피로도를 고려했을 때 저희와 같은 일정이시라면 적절한 위치라고 생각합니다. 방: 고전미가 느껴지는 방입니다. 가구들이 옛스러운 멋이 있어 내가 중세시대에 사는 느낌이었습니다. 호텔 소개를 보니 5대째 이 자리에서 사업을 이어가고 있다고 하더라고요. 오래되었다고 해서 더럽진 않았습니다. 깨끗했습니다. 호텔편의시설: 근처에서 슈퍼는 딱히 못봤습니다. 요청시 무료로 물도 주고, 바로 옆이 레스토랑이라 저녁을 쉽게 해결할 수 있었습니다. 소고기 스테이크 원산지가 옆집 농부 조씨라고 써있더라구요. 정말 맛있었습니다. 친절도: 직원이 몇 되지 않아 친밀감을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 동일한 이름의 식당이 바로 옆에 있는데 호텔 체크인 도와주신 직원이 그 식당에서 서빙도 하셨습니다.제가 묵을 당시에는 손님이 저희 둘 말고 딱 두명 더 있었어서 정말 대접받는 느낌이었습니다.

Rural Homestay with local historic pieces in the hotel. Nice welcome and breakfast with hot food option. The hot tubs were nice to use and we even saw the northern lights here.

Yummy homemade bread on the breakfast spread. The hot tubs were just perfect to soak in and see the northern lights. So cozy and quiet away from the city lights. Loved the helpful staff and very easy to find location.

I didn’t like to much the place for breakfast

Old charm style if that’s what you’re looking for. Chose it for its convenient location. The floor was not clean but the rest of the room seemed fine. There isn’t someone maning the front desk so we waited a few times to talk to someone which was frustrating. Not overly friendly when there otherwise. Restaurant was quite expensive above expensive Iceland.

Lovely apartment like accommodations on grounds surrounded by horses and sheep. Convenient to Vik and tourist sites. Wonderful breakfast on site as well as restaurant for dinner. All food was nicely prepared and served. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was good. This hotel is a short ride off the ring road, they have signs, it is set against green farms and the dark mountain, and there seem to be hiking paths right behind it up the mountain. we were in one of the regular rooms, which had a nice bed, a new, modern bath with shower. There were bathrobes to wear to the hot tubs which felt wonderful after a day of sightseeing. We met friendly Icelandic horses in the field right behind the hotel. The breakfast was in a large, sunny room, lots of choices hot or cold. We were pleased with everything. The restaurant is a fine dining establishment, and the food was sophisticated and delicious.
