Wunderbar easy alles geklappt und sehr freundlicher Empfang

Wohnung war top!! Einchecken viel zu spät!!! Gegenüber Auschecken. Keine Möglichkeit zum Umziehen. Kein Zutritt zum Skikeller, sodass man das späte Einchecken so erleichtern kann. Absolut nicht verständlich sind die Parkgebühren! Die müssen unbedingt beim Mietpreis(welcher ja nicht billig ist) dabei sein.

Beautiful town and nice studio. The pulled out sofa bed was a surprise, though.

Beautiful apartment. Lovely spa and decent gym. Really supportive staff. Great location. Right on the high street in the new village. Great restaurants and shops and wine bar. A ten minute walk to the gondola / train station and old town.

Besværligt at tage til pisten

Sin duda alguna volvería! Primero tienes que llegar a la recepción, para que te indiquen en qué casa está tu apartamento. Súper completo, tiene estufa, horno y todos los utensilios que necesites. Hay un súper cerca en donde puedes comprar lo necesario. El apartamento tiene muy buen tamaño, el baño está bastante bien y amplio .

Mooie grote en schone kamer. Parkeren was helaas niet inbegrepen en te duur. Verder was alles prima.

Das Zimmer sag zwar nicht so aus, wie auf dem Foto, aber es war schön eingerichtet und sauber. Es war alles da für meinen sehr kurzen Aufenthalt.

We stayed in Andermatt for a hiking trip and booked an apartment. The location was quite good, and the place itself was clean. There was also a huge underground garage, though the parking fees were extremely expensive. The kitchen was poorly equipped – just about enough for one simple dinner on our first night, but definitely not suitable for cooking during a longer stay. The absolute worst part was the bed. It wasn’t even a real bed, just a pull-out sofa. It squeaked terribly and was so uncomfortable that I barely managed to sleep two hours. The second night, we had to take the mattress off the sofa and put it on the floor. That stopped the squeaking, but the sleep quality was still awful. At one point, I was seriously considering leaving in the middle of the night and checking into the Radisson next door. Never again.

I liked how quiet it is here and how beautiful it is to go for a walk! The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed for the week stay.

We stayed in Haus Fuchs (2nd floor) and were unfortunately disappointed. The apartment is modern, but very dark with no mountain views – only facing the inner courtyard and the neighboring unit. Cleanliness was below expectations, with hairs in the shower. Only two water glasses were provided, the rest seemed missing. A child’s chair, which had been confirmed by phone in advance, was not available upon arrival. The bed was also uncomfortable, as the mattress was wider than the frame, leaving one side slanted. Signage in the complex, especially for check-in, could be improved, and the waste area in the garage was only found after asking. On the positive side, the overall complex is new and modern, and we would consider returning – but definitely in a different apartment. The property earns its “Alpine” name only through its location, as the apartment itself lacked mountain charm. Overall, we expected more for the price we paid.
