ที่พักสะอาดมาก เตียงนุ่ม มีอุปกรณ์สำหรับห้องน้ำครบ แปลงสีฟันยาสีฟัน สบู่เหลว สบู่ก้อน แชมพูครีมนวดผม มีไดร์เป่าผม ทีวีตู้เย็นครบ ตู้เซฟ มีรองเท้าสำหรับใส่ในห้องด้วย ห้องแต่ละห้องมีระเบียง อาหารเช้าหลากหลาย ทั้งไข่ดาวไข่คน ฮอดดอกแฮม ผลไม้ พนักงานบริการดีน่ารัก ไปก่อนเช็คอินเลยฝากกระเป๋าไว้และไปข้างนอกกลับเย็น พนักงานก็เอากระเป๋าไปไว้ที่ห้องให้เรียบร้อย มีลิฟต์ ที่พักใช้เป็นคีย์การ์ด มีที่จอดรถด้านหลังโรงแรมมีประตูรั้วปิดมิดชิด ปลอดภัย แนะนำใครที่กำลังมองหาหรือดูที่พักนี่อยู่ ไม่ผิดหวังจ้า

The hotel is under construction without any notice on any website. I found out myself after made a call to confirm the booking via apps!! It’s totally nightmare in the front a total mess. Imagine you are having breakfast with your mom at 9 in the lovely city of Chiangmai while there is bunch of guys keep hammering the god damn floor just 1 meter away from you! The room is very dusty easily because of the construction plus the noise coming up to 4th floor. My note to the hotel owner - to be fare you must tell people that this g*d da** hotel has changed its name from Big tree boutique to the ritz old town and it has been under construction.. you should offer something to compensate your guests or else just shut it down and opens when it’s ready!!
