체크인 시 키오스크 오류, 보일러 고장으로 온수 안나옴 등 불편함이 있었음

Good location - Spacious and trendy with full kitchen! Everything was good except you have to visit the office in a different building to get packages if they arrived any earlier than your arrival. I sent one to the hotel address anyways during the stay and it got lost as there is no one in the front lobby.

링컨터널만 통과하면 맨하탄으로 15분이내에 접근가능하고 돌아오는 차도 밤한시 넘어서까지 있습니다 시설은 정말 다갖춰져있고 너무 좋았아요 다만 체크인때 메일에 누락사항이 있어서 문앞에서 통화하느라 만원넘게 폰요금이 나왔고 일주일동안 머무는데 욕실에서 바퀴벌레를 하루 보았어요 (그다음엔 나오지 않았고 그외는 다좋았어요) 청소해주는분은없고 셀프로 콘도처럼 정리하고나와야해요

깨끗하고 쾌적하고 깔끔한 인테리어고 맨하탄과의 거리도 만족합니다. 단지 전망이 버스 차고지인것과 주변에 뭐가 없어도 너무 없다는 점이 아쉽습니다.

We stayed for a week and had a fab time. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed. Shops and transport were nearby. Would recommend these apartments

The elevator was not working, which made it very inconvenient since I was on the third floor. The residents staying across the hall were loud and disturbing. That was a strong smell of burnt food and cooking all the time. Ventilation from the hallway was poor.

Great place for a family of four. Comfortable, clean,great location, easy parking, easy access to NYC, great food spots nearby. We loved it!

Management team is amazing. Customer service is excellent. When I arrived they failed to put my early checkin. I called they let me in immediately. The apartment I booked smelled like smoke they moved me into another apartment with a better view. Rest of the week was great

Nos gusto mucho, siempre hubo una excelente comunicación, las explicaciones muy claras, todo estaba en orden y limpio. Todo funcionaba y teníamos dos restaurantes-bares muy cerca. Los fines de semana un mercado local, la parada del camión a un par de cuadras. La zona es segura.

Clean and beautiful! Parking not great. When staying alone it is impossible to unload luggage and park two blocks away. May I suggest a ten minute unloading area for guests without the threat of being towed? Otherwise the place is excellent!
