飯店有些歷史痕跡，廁所的洗手台馬桶聲音很大聲半夜上廁所會被吵醒，隔音也很差，沒有暖氣冬天很冷，早餐普通 但飯店外的環湖步道很棒

飯店人員非常親切, 服務態度佳 飯店設備老舊, 隔音不佳 飯店外景觀是不錯, 但缺乏整理, 可惜了這麼好的一個地方

1.飯店已開立許久，清潔度與人員服務都不錯 作為一個簡單的渡假飯店還不錯。 2.因入住當天晚上很冷，洗澡時的熱水不熱 僅是微溫的熱水，同行其他三間房也是相同狀況 希望能改善此情況 3.房內空調為中央空調系統，無法自行調整溫度，入住當晚覺得冷致電櫃台也無法得到有效處理，飯店本身也無另外準備小型暖氣機可借用 4.團體客戶可享用2F卡拉OK室內歡唱，剛好入住房間有緊鄰卡拉OK室，聲音被影響至半夜1:00待團體客戶解散後才較寧靜可以入眠 以上回饋感言期待貴飯店能提升品質 讓來過的客戶會想再來入住渡假

湖景窗外風景優美，人員服務尚可，早餐不錯。但飯店未能考量住宿環境安寧，卡拉OK噪音拉低住宿品質。

湖景倒影很美,還贈送腳踏船可以環湖,很超值.

整體設施偏老舊，還算清潔，插座很少，服務不錯

離埔里市區很近，陽台即可看到湖景，很漂亮，房間乾淨

這次似乎被升級了成了四人房，枕頭不錯，但是只有一個，走廊有飲水機好評，早餐的水上餐廳還算不錯

可以住在鯉魚潭旁真的風景很美，還有送乘船券也是意外的驚喜，踩船遊湖很愉快~

The hotel is located right on the lake so if you ask for a lake view it is pretty but in the mornings the train announcements start around 9 to 5. That takes away from the tranquility. The rooms are nice but the bathrroms need cleaning.

The bed is as hard as a iron board and very narrow. I could not fall in sound sleep for the whole night.

A very beautiful view surrouding and a strategy located near the hiking trails that make it easy exccess .

今回トレイルランニングの大会参加の為に利用しました。シャワーはありますが、お風呂は湖反対側のソラスホテルのSPAを使うことになります。たた、時間が合わず利用出来ませんでした。

櫃台人員擅自更換預定的房型也沒有事先告知, 而且處理態度非常傲慢, 早餐竟然還是很難吃的隔夜麵包餐盒, 非常不滿意絕對不會再去
