I had my luggage taken care of by hotel receptioner until late night for free. They didn't give me amenities and leave my room for a long time until I said good bye. I thought the reason why they didn't prepare all amenities in the room in advance is to get tip as much as possible. I don't like this hotel service policy.

Adequate hotel in Gaya just across from the train station. Perfect for a layover before your next train. Hotel is in okay condition.

The WiFi did not work in the room, although it was functional in the lobby. The air conditioning likewise did not work. There was only one functional outlet. No hot water. The bathroom was not that clean. At least it was near the train station. The staff were relatively friendly, but the property leaves much to be desired.
