the hotel is in the renovation at the first floor. they give me second floor and I still can hear noisy at my room. maybe they can close for first floor and sent us to 3rd floor. other than that its okay. thanks

Kamar kurang bersih, AC nggak dingin, kartu akses hanya dapat. 1. WiFi jelek putus-putus, tapi staf ramah.

Service is very bad and the part time tell me walk in rm88 for a room, cannot on line booking, reception is close because is too late so I do the online booking on 11.35 check in on 11.59pm when I done the online booking, show him the receipt, he is very unhappy then I requested for the Wi-Fi password, he tell me just now you can online booking why you need Wi-Fi then I requested for the breakfast he tell me not included but my receipt is included then I show him receive he said no need if I paid walk in. Late so it is not included. When I make a complaint on the next day the reception tell me is holiday so yesterday night is part time so sorry but I don't think this is a excuse

Bersih, selesa, pekerja yang ramah dan baik, kalau pergi lagi ini hotel pilihan saya, parking senang, lobi pun sebelah.

Took me 40 minutes to just check in. I was really tired at that time, almost midnight.

시내와 가깝고, 테일러 대학교와도 가까우며, 레스토랑도 많고, 수방자야 역과도 가깝습니다(약 600m). 호텔 직원들이 매우 친절합니다.
