Alojamiento para pasar la noche, nosotros llegamos tarde del aeropuerto de Villahermosa y fue la mejor opción al estar a 5min andando. El hotel es básico pero bien, se veía limpio. Lo malo fue que las paredes eran de papel y a las 4am escuchamos a una pareja discutir por un rato largo, al final la chica salió al pasillo corriendo y gritando socorro...Esto no fue culpa del hotel pero nos dejó intranquilos y con mal cuerpo.

Estuvo bien mi estancia y buena la atención un cuarto sin ruido

Ya cambiaron de administración, y está vez me fue muy bien. A diferencia la primera vez que me hospede ahí.

We arrived after a grueling 6-hour drive at 2:30PM. The staff would not allow us to check in until 3:00. We had to unload all our gear from the car into a cramped storage closet, then unload it 30 minutes later. There was absolutely no reason for this other than a mindless adherence to policy. Then, when we eventually got to our room we discovered that it had no window. We requested a room with a window and were told that only the suites have windows. I then requested a suite and said I'd pay the difference in price. They said "no", so I said I'd book an additional night, two nights in the suite, a win-win offer. They said "no" again because the registration form had already been completed. As you can see from these two examples, the staff at this hotel has been trained to follow rules rather than provide customer service. We booked a room at the Sleep Inn and the vibe is totally better.

La recepcionista de la noche muy mal parece que le molesta su trabajo, en cambio la recepcionista de la mañana todo lo contrario muy amable y muy servicial,, ideal para descansar ...

Check in fue muy tardado, más de 40 minutos. La tarjeta de acceso se desactivó, así que tuvimos que esperar a que el vigilante fuera abriendo los cuartos

The hotel is just two blocks from the ADO bus station so it is ideal for someone who needs a place to stay for the night while in transit. The room was tidy, the beds comfortable. The bathroom could use some repair but we appreciated the ample supply of hot water for showers. Although the room didn't have any kind of a view there's a broad vista from the fourth floor restaurant. The food there was good, and like the room itself, affordable.

Por el precio no está mal, sin embargo hay demasiado ruido en los pasillos tanto de huéspedes como personal del hotel.

Muito ruim! Chegamos muito cansadas, as 22h30 e tivemos que esperar por uma hora até a atendente fechar o caixa e outra abrir, para podermos fazer o check-in. Durante a madrugada tinha muito barulho no corredor e dava para ouvir o secador de cabelos de outro quarto sendo utilizado. Em resumo, não recomendo!

Séjour assez miltiger, présence de punaise de lit dans ma chambre je me doute que cela n’est pas chose simple à géré pour le personnel qui as mis en place un nettoyage de la chambre suite à mon signalement. Par la suite j’ai donc était changer de chambre, les lits sont très durs, je n’avais pas la clé de ma chambre pour une raison qui m’est inconnu le gardien devais m’ouvrir la chambre à chaque fois. Le point positif un service en chambre pour le repas est très bien et la cuisine est bonne.
