가성비 너무 좋아요! 석식 조식 훌륭합니다. 비행기 연착 때문에 레스토랑 마감시간에 도착했는데도 석식 차려주셨어요. 온천도 프라이빗 한번 공용탕 한번 했는데, 공용탕도 거의 사람이 안겹쳐요. 왕추천입니다! 고라역에서 걸어갈만 해요!

가이세키가 맛있었고~ 직원들이 매우 친절 하였습니다. 탕이 크지는 않았지만 온천물도 좋고 9팀만 이용하는 작은 료칸이라 조용하고 좋았습니다~1월에라 살짝 방이 추웠고 물은 아주 뜨거워서 아주 어린아이는 한겨울에는 가지 않는것이 좋을거 같습니다. 대중교통으로 가기 좀 멀기때문에 짐이 많거나 아이가 있으시면 렌트를 추천드립니다. 휴식에 적합한, 가격대비 훌륭한 곳인것 같습니다

직원들은 정말 친절하고, 깨끗한 시설에 조용한 분위기에서 편하게 잘 쉬었습니다.. 다음에 기회된다면 또 가고 싶은 곳이네요..강추합니다

깨끗하고, 직원분들 거의 영어가능하시고, 엄청 친절하십니다~ 다만, 7시이후에 전세탕은 노천탕만 인가봅니다. 7시이후에도 대욕탕은 그냥 쓸수 있는거였나본데, 저희는 예약한 시간까지 마냥 기다리기만 해서 좀 피곤했었습니다. 탕이 생각보다 조금 작고, 동네목욕탕 같긴 했어요. 그래도 물이 너무너무 좋고, 탕도 깨끗했어요.

It was nice and cozy place. My family all enjoyed staying here. As this is a little place it was quiet and peaceful, but the hot spring was not that big and diverse. However, only 7 rooms of customers were staying and never crowded. Overall I satisfied with staying at Lalaca.

Perhaps a bit small, but very clean, well maintained and reasonably priced Onsen Ryokan in Gora. It is around 15 minutes walk from Gora station, but you need to walk up a very steep hill, so I would recommend taking a taxi or asking the Ryokan to arrange a pick-up upon arrival. All Ryokan staff speaks good English and were very kind and helpful (some of them were actually Taiwanese). It was great that the guest can charter the outdoor Onsen all to them selves for half an hour, free of charge. But the public Onsen was also nice. The food was served at the restaurant located on the lobby floor. Both dinner and breakfast were very enjoyable. The dishes were Japanese with a little fusion of western flavors. So it was not exactly the traditional 'Kaiseki-ryori', but still very tasty. The staff kindly prepared Kids Meal for my 4 year old girl too. After we finished dinner, the beds were already set up by the Ryokan staff. The Japanese called this 'Futon' and it was a very pleasant surprise. I would recommend this Ryokan, especially to Western travelers who are not so familiar traditional Japanese foods and Ryokan. My family and I surely enjoyed this stay, and would consider visiting here again on our next vacation in Japan.

하코네 고라역에서 10분 이내, 관광코스에서 가깝기 때문에 좋다. 8월말에 갔는데 현지인들이 대부분 객실수가 많지 않아 공용탕도 2팀이상 잘 안 겹쳐서 좋고 저녁시간에는 30분씩 커다란 개인탕 대실가능 (꿀팁 : 체크인 후에 바로 내려가서 직접 시간때 써놓으면 된다.) 저녁은 일식 코스 요리 / 조식도 저어엉말 잘 나온다. 가격이 얼핏보면 비싼편인 것 같지만 입욕비 따로 만얼마씩 받거나 그런 것도 아니구 석식/조식이 정말 잘 나오기 때문에(중요해서 두 번 말함 ㅇㅇ) 괜찮은 가격이라고 생각한다. 1층에는 욕탕, 안마기, 탁구대가 있고 2층이 카운터, 로비, 바둑판, 식당 같은게 있다./ 2,3층이 객실 갈 때는 직원이 사진도 찍어주고 마중나와준다.

참 친절했고 추억에 남는 숙박이었습니다.

굉장히 친절했고 깨끗했어요 료칸은 온천인데.. 온천탕이 좀 작아 아쉬웠지만 수질은 유황빵빵!!

매우 만족합니다. 침실도 깨끗하고 로비는 특급호텔 못지 않습니다. 조식, 석식 매우 훌륭합니다. 다른 료칸에 비해 가격은 저렴하지만 서비스는 매우 우수 합니다. 하코네를 또 방문한다면 다시 숙박하고 싶은 료칸입니다.

When we got there,the first impression was pretty good for its spacious lobby and great service. As a non-Japanese speaker,i was really worried but a receptionist speaks English well which was a relief. Especially, a family Onsen gave us an unforgettable moment.

정말좋고 온천여행을 즐기기 안성맞춤인곳입니다. 하코네 지역의 특징상 접근성과 주변지역의 편의시설이 부족하지만 호텔만의 장점이 많은곳입니다!

Amazing room, beautiful views and both the public and private onsen were fantastic. Our dinner and breakfast were highlights of our trip to Japan.

Fantastic experience staying here with wife and friend. The staff are very polite and professional. The onsens are relaxing. The autumn view from our room was absolutely gorgeous, as was the view from the dining area. The food was excellent, always filling. Quick walk from Gora Station but even quicker to use the next station up if you are taking the cable car to Owakudani/Lake Ashi. We had a very memorable experience here and were really impressed with the cleanliness and comfort provided by the staff.

Der Ryokan ist eine gute Wahl, wenn man Hakone erkunden möchte. Die Unterkunft sieht von Außen zwar nicht nach einem klassischen Ryokan aus bietet aber ansonsten den gleichen besonderen Service. Das Frühstück und Abendessen besteht aus mehreren Gängen die wirklich sehr sättigend und vielfältig sind. Während unserers Aufenthalts gab es immer andere Gerichte. Die Getränke beim Essen kosten extra, wobei Wasser wahrscheinlich kostenlos wäre. Der Onsen war sehr schön und das Wasser stammt von den lokalen Quellen auf dem Berg Owakudani. Es ist trüblich weiß aufgrund der Mineralien des Wassers. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

What an incredible experience while visiting Japan, the authentic dinner & breakfast were outstanding, and the close proximity to Hakone Ropeway, Lake Ashi and breathtaking views of Mt Fuji was a bonus!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. if you’re lookong for new modern dont go. if you want to experience Japan like the Japanese go here. the staff was so pleasant, the room was so clean and we loved our Onsen stay. Would definitely book again.
