I stayed 2nights at room 402. Furniture and content in room are old. Room was smelly and not clean. Breakfast was poor. Services was not good also. Receptionist was not friendly and helpful. I booked 2 night, but after 1st night she asked me leave in the second day. After I requested her to recheck my booking, she confirm her wrong without any apology to me. How she treat me makes me feel that I am not welcomed (maybe the reason is I am not foreign client). When I checked out and took a taxi to go to airport, there were some staff of Sakura standing at receiption area to talk with some Japanese clients, but no one support me to bring my carriage on taxi. I shall not come back here and hope that Sakura could improve service quality and staff attitude
