주방과 화장실은 새거로 깨끗했어요 방안의 더블침대도 상태 좋았구요 다만 청소만 8박동안 그냥 사용했어요 청소요구하니 빗자루 있다고 알려주고요 튜브 카나리 워프 주빌리라인이 가장 가까운데 걸어가면 15분 버스로 3정거장 이면 바로 접근가능 주변에 테스코매장있어 과일 고기 사서 식사 해결 거능헸구요 4식구 물가비싼 런던에서 그정도면 만족합니다 다만 프런트직원 그다지 친절하지않아요

Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside. Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am. The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. The photos of the rooms make it look like every room as some outdoor space. Washer dryer supplied was not good quality, therefore we had to try clothes inside on a rail which wasn't good considering the compact space. Also, if you are given a room on the ground floor the door opens directly onto a public street, which is highly populated. I would expect some security between the room entrance and the public street in an aparthotel.

Easy to access, nice and clean, and a good size

Excellent flat in Canary Wharf. Perfectly suited for a family of 4 like us. Clean, spacious, with all necessary amenities, including complimentary Nespresso coffee pods. Very polite staff in both check in and check out

Ik had een groot ruim appartement met 1 slaapkamer, een goed bed, goed uitgeruste keuken, en de omgeving was stil. Kortom, zeer goed voor een langer verblijf in Canary Wharf

Very Clean rooms, the staffs are so warm and friendly. But the check out time is 10:30am is too short I dont like it at all it could have been like 11am or 12pm.

Terrible check in nearly 2 hrs late due to housekeeping issues. All that was needed was a text message to let us know that there has been a delay. We did eventually speak to the manager after checking in who couldn't apologise enough when she called round to see us with gifts for the inconvenience & a free late checkout & said it was her top priority to sort out housekeeping so that this never happened again. Despite the check in issues the apartment was clean, spacious, stocked with everything we needed for our 2nt stay. Toiletries, kitchen Items such as tea coffee & sugar. It was located about a 15 min walk from Canary wharf tube station . The area was very safe, lots of security around the area. We would definitely stay again.

Clean apartment, included everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. Staff very welcoming on arrival, really good value for money, would recommend.

Very nice stay, the bed could be a little nicer but other than that very nice

Tv not connected and therefore unusable; sole living space lamp not working; kitchen under cupboard lights not working; loose flooring in the kitchen; light diffusers missing. 45 minute wait to check in. Do I need to go on…. All issues raised with on site staff.

We had a a very good stay at this apartment, kitchen was fully stocked, everything was clean, beds were comfortable. Only complaint will be front door had no insulation so conversation in the hallways around the elevator sounded like people were in the flat.

10/10 for home to home comfort Apartment was clean to perfection spotless! Very spacious felt like home! Thank you to Arjun who went above and beyond. Only little hiccup was that our oven was not working but it was very quickly dealt with!

Room was immaculate and staff very friendly

Reception made a mistake with overcharging parking twice - upon check-in with me and then upon checkout to my husband as they had failed to make a note on their system. Upon complaining no apology was ever made, instead there were excuses, delays and it was dealt with extremely unprofessionally. Would not return due to this experience.

We were booked for 2 nights but were unable to stay for the second night due to a leaking sewage pipe in the next door room which caused a flood of sewage water in the corridor outside our room and made our room smell strongly of sewage. Unfortunately the only exit route from our room, was via the carpeted hallway covered in sewage water. We have since had to throw away our shoes after having no option but to walk through it. Despite the reception being apologetic no offer of protective shoe covers were offered whilst we were vacating the room (despite the cleaning staff wearing industrial style shoe covers and wellies whilst trying to rectify the mess). The reception did attempt to offer another apartment in a different location but this had already ruined what was a short stay in London and had triggered our son who has special needs therefore moving was not possible. This was an incredibly expensive stay in London for only one night and I think a stay at the Savoy may have worked out cheaper!

Personnel courtois, logement propre et bien équipés.

The family room was extremely big and clean. The view was great. Staff was accommodating.

Flera felaktigheter i rummet samt trasig ac vilket gjorde det iskallt i ett av sovrummen. Fick ingen hjälp av personalen som i övrigt knappt var hjälpsamma. Rummen var i bra skick i övrigt, men hörde fler i lobbyn som klagade så det var inte bara vi som haft otur med vårt rum.
