Ett litet hotell med precis lagom avstånd ifrån stranden. Det var låg beläggning på hotellet dom dagar vi var där så vi kunde använda poolen som vår egen! Den Lankesiska familjen som sköter om hotellet var väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående.

Fantastico! Pulito, nuovo, a due passi dalla spiaggia di Unawatuna. Camere enormi con tutti i confort. Colazione enorme con un ottimo buffet di qualità. Personale gentilissimo. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Pulizia impagabile

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. It was our first experience at Sri Lanka. The location of Villa Tara at Hikkaduwa city is optimal - in jungle forest but in ten minutes from the beach also. Property is in fine condition and professionally managed. You will be provided with a top quality guest service. Also you feel yourself like living in jungles absolutely alone as villa is not crowded and the staff appears only when needed..... Full breakfast is served at the villa pool area and it is fantastic ! It consists of all kind of omelettes ( Sri Lanka style omelette is highly recommended ), sausages, toasts with jam, plate of cut fresh exotic fruits, fresh juice from mango, banana and papaya of a mixture of it, Ceylon black tea or Italian style coffee from local melted coffee beans.... Staff at the site is very helpful and is ready to fulfill any your request at day or even night time. Because of staying at this place our impressions about Sri Lanka are so great that we will come to this island one more time and for sure stay at this place!

Located just off the main street, about a 5 minute walk. Rooms are nice and clean, albeit a bit small. Very good service, Villa staff will go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Would recommend.
