Staff very polite and accommodating. Comfort and clean room. Safe deposit not functioning, other than that and for the price that I've paid, totally value for money.

Hotelnya dekat dengan KL sentral, jadi mudah kemana-mana, terima kasih.

The room is good with big space and nice bed. But I got a room without window and it smell of smoked. I call room service ask them to bring airfreshener but they not come to my room. My advice is, please make sure the room always in a good air. Blower the air in the room so that the next customer can feel comfortable.

Selalu permasalahan air. padahal mau kelililn kalau lebih cepat sempai-sampai harus mandi di toilet lain. Dan kurang informasi akurat tentang lift tidak bisa dipakai di ground. Dua hari disini kurang memuaskan.

hotel ini sangat tidak bgus.. saya dan tmen" saya menginap gak ad air smpai 2 hari. smpe gk bs mandi dan puph. krn saya yg pesen jd saya dikomplen abis"an. nginep 5 malam tp kamar dibersihkan cuma 2 hari. payah bgt dah gk lagi inap disni.

AC-nya tidak dingin dan lokasinya tidak nyaman dan kamarnya berbau.

There is some problem with the water supply in the bathroom where there is no water till 10 pm and the pressure of water was also slow after it resume, there is no electric kettle provided, room was small and there is disturb on noise of ceramic cutting and also air cond.

Extremely bad service from the staff as well the management.. not professional at all in handling situations nor to take responsibility for the issue at their end.. facing water supply issue and they cant provide additional drinking water as wel I had to walk to kl sentral everytime need to use toilet.. now already 4 hours...

Tiada tempat parking, bilik selesa, walaupun kecil sedikit.ada papan seterika n seterika, cerek disediakan sesuai untuk keluarga kecil atau percutian persendirian yang ingin budget penginapan.

Jarak dari KL sentral lumayan dekat tinggal jalan kaki saja, kamar luas, TV besar, petugasnya ramah. Sekitar hotel berjajar yang jualan mulai dari masakan india hingga indonesia juga ada, very recommended apalagi harganya murah. Thanks Traveloka dan Royce.

Spacious room size for single room, bed room and bath room were both clean, facilities were fine although the AC in my room was quite inconvenience because it is zipping automatically, but overall I love staying at this hotel. The location is quite strategic near to the KL Sentral and within the walking distance. The receptionist all is so friendly.

Tidak sesuai dengan penawaran, TV gangguan, AC noise, bathtub tidak bisa digunakan.

Pokoknya tidak direkomendasikan menurut saya, ketika masih pagi dan saya masih tidur sudah sangat berisik seperti lagi pasang keramik karena terdengar suara pemotongan keramik.

Lokasi hotelnya sekitar 1 km dari Nu sentral, dan 800 meter dari stasiun monorel Tun Sambanthan, bisa diakses dengan berjalan kaki. Di seputaran hotel banyak pedagang masakan india muslim. buat saya rasanya sih enak. Untuk kamarnya, cukup bersih. disediakan air minum gratis. Ada kulkas, pemanas air, seterika dan meja seterikanya, kamar mandinya pun juga bersih. Untuk program TV hanya siaran lokal. Deposit RM100 tanpa tax tambahan lagi.
