Great price for the week of the 4th of July

The property is in a sketchy neighborhood. We had to park in the additional parking that was not marked clearly on if it was theirs or not. We tried to talk to front desk and he acted like we were complete idiots. The room over all was ok and clean but I probably won't stay there again.

Rooms were a good size. Quiet location but central. Breakfast good

Great location and the personal were great

The hotel is in a great location, beds are comfortable and room and facilities clean.However, the hall way reek like marijuana. The room across from us was smoking it. According to the policy, no smoking is allowed.

Great customer service!

My only complaint is this is supposed to be a non smoking property yet someone was smoking right outside the entrance upon our return from dinner and the room above us was smoking weed on their balcony on and off for a period of time which we could smell in our room being blown in from the air conditioner.

For a Radisson hotel i expected a nicer facility. There was junk furniture outside the back of the hotel visible from my balcony. The facade of the exterior was falling off. The carpet was worn and rooms not clean. The fridge in the room was lukewarm, wouldnt cool anything. Just disappointed. 3 day stay was $675 and i expected more.

Easy, fast checkin; clean, comfortable room; great price; OK breakfast.

My room was everything I could ask for at a reasonable price. The only thing I wish was improved is the water pressure in the shower. I recommend the King bed as it was very comfortable.

Newly renovated and the staff are friendly.

Good location for Gatlinburg, clean, always like the Comfort inn and suites.

Centrally located. Very helpful and pleasant staff (although they didn't know how to find the entrance to the national park a few blocks away). Plenty of luggage carts. Free chocolate chip cookies! Limited parking, requiring later arrivals to park in overflow parking a block away. One hook on back of bathroom door, but no towel racks, so had no place to hang towels to dry.

Clean, great location, good breakfast and friendly staff.
