Nice bed and furniture

The bathroom door would not shut Al the way and the was not handle in the door Our room was very small and we asked if we could get a larger room (pay more). The girl at the desk was not very helpful at all almost rude

Property was undergoing some renovation so there were lots of dumpsters around but it didn’t affect our stay. The pillows were weirdly square but the bed was very comfortable.

The check in was good and the room clean.

Great place to stay. Great staff. Breakfast area tables and seating area looking worn out. Needs updated.

Quiet,building is being upgraded, but no noise. This hotel is going to be the bomb!!!!!!

The accommodations were wonderful. The bed was comfy and the bathroom clean with decent water pressure. The staff was solemn and never smiled except for a man that was a GM at another hotel that came to help on Sunday. He was friendly. He greeted us and was receptive to anything we said to him. The lady GM was rude to my husband. There was no luggage rack available for us to carry our things from the room. We toted them one-by-one because the lady GM said, "We only have three and people probably have them in their rooms". No help at all.

No where to park!!!

One of the associates named Will was very nice and helpful during my stay. Made me feel important and comfortable.

Room very clean, property tired. Our shower was very hard to work to the point of being dangerous.

This place is run down and dirty. The floors are sticky from walking in the lobby to the elevator and even in the 2 rooms I booked. The rooms are all dirty. The lighting fixtures are broken and falling apart and the bathrooms are not clean. The faucet is broken and falling apart and the shower has no pressure. Not worth the money.

Was supposed to have 2 queen beds but only had 1 king bed

The room was wonderful. The only downside is not being able to see the tv from both sides of the bed.

Shower/bathroom was a bit dirty and we also had to walk to the front desk ourselves to pick up extra towels after calling to request. The rest of the hotel appeared clean and unkept. Staff were nice.

I had an awful experience at this hotel. I had reserved two rooms for my family and arrived around 10 PM. After a long wait at the front desk, I was given two keys, but neither of them worked. I returned to the desk to have the issue fixed, and although they made some adjustments, the keys still didn’t work when I tried again. I went back to the front desk, requesting that someone accompany me to ensure the keys worked, but they refused to help and told me to leave the hotel. They also refused to refund the payment. Never staying again here.
