When we entered our room, our first impression was that it was very nice. But we soon found out that the toilet did not work. There was also no running water in the sink, and no cold water in the shower. The room had a whirlpool tub, which did have hot and cold running water. We were told that the whirlpool tub was on a separate water line, and that most likely all rooms on the same wing were facing the same problem with water to the bathrooms. We were also told there were no other rooms available, and that they would contact someone to take a look. After a couple of correspondences with hotel staff, we were told that someone would be there around 11:00 pm. In the meantime, we had to use the hotel basement restroom. Later in the evening we seen that the whirlpool tub had a spray bar, so we thought we could take showers in the tub. The knob to turn on the spray bar was broken so we couldn't use it. We ended up filling the tub with water to wash but noticed that a LARGE amount of chunky debris was coming out of the faucet. Not really sanitary in my opinion. It appears that there are serious issues with the plumbing at the hotel. Needless to say, the water problem and toilet were never fixed, so we asked the hotel for buckets. We filled them with water from the tub and poured them in the toilet to flush it. We also noticed peeling wallpaper in the room, weeds growing between the decking of the boardwalk around the pool, and an overall lack of maintenance.

The hotel is beautiful and the service is amazing! The hotel manager is extremely professional, attentive to guests and made our stay over the top. The suites are gorgeous. We will definitely come back.

What can i say Elegance will always be a special place for us! We spent our 25th anniversary there. We arrived earlier than planned,so called the hotel,hoping to be allowed to use the pool area. Arriving at the hotel,we received the warmest of welcomes ever & was told not only could we use the pool but our room was ready & been upgraded to a beautiful private suite! The room was outstanding. The cleaner had decorated the room for us with balloons & confetti & had its own private infinity pool!! Cleaning: The whole hotel was cleaned immaculately every day replenishing the bathroom products & towels. Bar staff & restaurant staff: Breakfast was buffet style & so much choice,you didnt know what to choose! By day they were so attentive with bringing bottles of water to the sunbeds & any drinks that you ordered. At night the evening meal you were treated like royalty. The food was amazing & beautifully presented. Reception staff: From the minute we arrived we felt like royalty,never received such a warm welcome anywhere before. They were always so helpful & attentive,booking taxis for us & giving us the best advice on where to go. Every single member of staff goes above & beyond,but a special mention has to go to Chrysa,the manager, a friend for life. Cannot thank her enough for all she did for us. She is always on the go,making sure every guest has the best experience as possible. They say the staff make a holiday special, but this really is the case here. Thanks to everyone xx

One of the best hotels we stayed at. The staff is amazing especially Krissy who runs the hotel, she is very very caring of her customers. We got upgraded from the first day we got there which was very nice. When we got problem with the toilet they helped us right away and once again we got upgraded with a private pool room. As mentioned, the staff and especially Krissy was very caring of their customer. Overall a really nice hotel, pool area very calm and relaxing and the rooms are beautiful.

Fantastic view of the beach and great customer service!

We were looked after like king and queen at Elegance. The food was amazing and generous portions, props to the chef for their culinary talent. Crissa welcomed us and upgraded our room free of charge and also gave us beautiful wine as a parting gift. Crissa thank you for your hospitality and warmth. The restaurant and breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Cannot thank the staff enough and especially Stamatis who was always checking in on us and had our coffee order ready for us. Beautiful greek coffee. Thank you to the housekeeping team as well for providing high quality cleaning. The hotel is located in the beautiful area of tragaki and we were so glad to have booked as the views were amazing and its only a 12 min walk to the main road and close by to a beautiful coffee shop, supermarkets, beach and a bus stop. I definitely recommend the bus journey as the views are amazing. We miss you Elegance and Zakynthos.

Abbiamo alloggiato una settimana, ci siamo trovati benissimo, la struttura è bellissima, molto rilassante, il personale cordiale ed ospitale. La posizione dell' hotel è molto strategica perché in massimo 30-40 Min ti permette di raggiungere qualsiasi posto sull'isola. Il nostro posto preferito è stato il bar grazie al barman Mr. Stamatis che ci ha dispensato consigli utilissimi per il nostro soggiorno a Zante. Consigliatissimo

Unser Aufenthalt in Elegance Luxury Executive war unfassbar schön. Eine ruhige Anlage, super herzliches Personal und das Abendessen ist ein wahrer Traum. Die neuen Zimmer sind wahrhaftig ein Hingucker. Wir kommen gerne wieder & empfehlen dieses Hotel vom Herzen.

Outstanding service from very friendly staff. They really understand what the good customer service is. I spend long weekend there with my wife for our 20 years wedding anniversary. Staff helped me to make arrangements to surprise her and to make the stay memorable.Really good food served professionally. Really recommend this place for romantic breaks.

Es war ein fabelhafter Urlaub! Das hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem wundervoll. Das personal ist super freundlich und erfüllt einem jeden Wunsch. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und einfach traumhaft. Wir hatten wundervolle 10 Tage und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Muito bom hotel. Café da manhã bem servido. Atendimento sempre especial. Quarto bem amplo, bonito e confortável, mas com necessidade de alguma renovação. A experiência com a jacuzzi não foi boa porque a limpeza/manutenção não era boa. No primeiro e único uso, observamos resíduos e cabelos estranhos juntos com a água. Então, desligamos e não a usamos mais.

Séjour exceptionnel malgré un équipement dans la chambre comme la douche qui fonctionnait mal mais le reste magnifique pour nous. Le personnel est fort sympathique et à l’écoute. Stamatis parle français ceux qui nous a bien aidé. Il a été d’une grande aide et aux petits soins sans qu’on lui demande forcément. Il est d’une pure gentillesse et de bon conseils.

Estadia perfeita, um dos melhores cafés da manhã que já vi em todos os hotéis que já fiquei. Os funcionários eram super atenciosos e o hotel maravilhoso!
