기대치가 너무 높아서 그런지 실제와 달라 조금 실망했지만, 전반적으로는 괜찮았습니다. 아침 식사는 세계 각국의 음식이 제공되었고, 투숙객 대부분이 외국인이어서 어머니와 저는 조금만 먹었습니다. 객실은 5성급 호텔이라는 느낌이 들지 않았는데, 아마도 가장 비싼 객실 유형이 아니었기 때문일 것입니다.

호텔에 매우 만족했습니다. 프런트 직원부터 모든 직원분들이 매우 친절하고 훌륭한 서비스를 제공해 주셨습니다.

우연히 3번 건물 6층에 방을 배정받았습니다. 방에 들어서자마자 퀴퀴한 냄새가 났는데, 아마 오랫동안 사람이 없어서 그런가 봐요. 방이 너무 어두웠어요. 툭툭 서비스가 30분마다 와서 도움이 됐어요.

이 호텔에 두 번째 방문했습니다. 직원들의 친절함과 멋진 분위기가 마음에 들었습니다.

베트남에서 묵었던 다른 Mövenpick 호텔과 비교하면 5성급 호텔은 확실히 아닙니다. 방에서 모든 것이 제거되어 매우 지루했습니다. 정보를 제공하는 웰컴 팩이 없고, 장식(꽃 등)이 하나, 2인용 의자가 하나, 미니바가 없고, 어두운 장식이 있고, 잘 관리되지 않았습니다. 아침 식사는 괜찮았지만, 오렌지 주스에 떠다니는 말벌은 아무도 아무것도 하려 하지 않는 듯했습니다(대신 그냥 채워 넣었습니다). 다시는 Mövenpick에 머물지 않을 것 같습니다.

그냥 괜찮았어요. 좋은 잠을 자고 싶어서 기대는 안 했어요. 침대는 좋았어요. 멋진 욕조가 있는 업그레이드된 방을 받았어요. 직원들은 친절했어요. 무료 툭툭 셔틀은 오후 10시까지 쇼핑몰 터미널 21까지 운행된다고 했는데 일찍 끝났어요. 택시를 타고 오후 9시경에 돌아왔어요.

훌륭한 장소이고 나나역과 가까워요.

Location: In between Nana and Asok BTS stations, so it's fairly convenient. Also within walking distance to Terminal 21. There's a free tuk tuk service that runs between the hotel and Terminal 21 on a half hourly basis. Exterior: Nice looking hotel. Bedroom: Spacious although decoration looks a bit dated but I can live with that. Beddings: comfortable bed but pillows were too flat and not fluffy. Housekeeping: The biggest letdown in my opinion. Towels were taken away but not replaced till 5pm one of the days. One of the pillows was placed on the side table for no reason after housekeeping. Soap was not replaced after we used the first one. However finding a cockroach on the sink on the last day of the stay takes the cake. Breakfast: There are western, Asian, Indian and even middle eastern selections for the buffet breakfast. Staff service: Staff were neither incompetent nor outstanding but just OK. Nobody leaves any particular impression. Conclusion: When I stay in a hotel, it needs to be clean, comfortable and safe. Unfortunately, Movenpick fails on the first criterion.

Nice hotel tho, the reception is nice, but the restaurant server somehow ignorant to asian, showing different politeness or even smile compare to expatriate. Food is great, but wifi is really unstable. Still have couple of nights here

I had 3 requests for my room: far from the lift lobby, non-smoking, and 1 large bed. The hotel managed to fulfill all of my requests and I was very pleased with that! The hotel is located in the popular Nana area with lots of food and amenities available. It is relatively near to bts nana station and still shielded away from road noise. The staff was always warm and friendly. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here!

Nice hotel, and worth the price. They provide free tuk-tuk shuttle from the hotel to BTS Asok & Terminal21, it is very convinience to use the shutte, and actually it is walking distance. the room also spacious.

location was average but they offer free shuttle to nearest mall and bts+mrt station. room was clean and comfortable. service was excellent. breakfast was delicious.

The staff were friendly, the room was great for a single guy and have shuttle tuk tuk to Asok BTS. Overall everything a traveller needs can get it here.
