Absolutely great hotel in great area if the great city. Stayed with my wife and friends 7 nights, had a great experience, paid $95 per night per room, with fantastic sea view from balcony, all toiletries, free water, tea, teapot, iron, everything you need. Was impressed with reception staff, they speak at least three languages including Azerbaijani, English, and Russian. Special thank to Dilara from reception who did wonderful job to arrange special gift for my birthday, she has her birthday on September 8, wish her happy birthday for all for of us! Ahmad and Yusuf did a great job helping us to deal with taxi drivers and other issues. Thank you Sheraton Baku Intourist!!!! We will be back!!!

The staff was absolutely fantastic! The rooms are clean and neat but smell heavily of smoke smell. Most of the guests smoke inside the rooms, unfortunately. Fitness room is pretty lame and the AC wasn’t working in it. Other than that, I would definitely come back. Oh and the restaurant is also very tasty and comfy!

Rooms not as advertised. They were not soundproof even though they were advertised to be soundproofed. When we raised the question, we were told all rooms are the same. When we refused to stay there, they deducted one night maximum charge from our refund. The money they charged us for the first night was like 50% more than what they originally charged for each night. Pathetic hotel and pathetic staff

Location was nice near Caspian see and Denis mall was near , all staff was kind and helpful. Perfect breakfast and service, recommend for everyone. Will come back again.

Wonderful hotel near the old town.. par excellence amenities and services - right from the gate, reception, dining, room service, housekeeping et al… Everyone is worth a mention! … and great food!!

Unser Zimmer war am Ankunftstag vergeben. Sie haben ein anderes bereit gestellt. Selbe Klasse. Wurden nicht informiert dass es nun bereit ist. Musste nachfragen. Zimmer war nicht ordentlich geputzt. Bei Reklamation Reception war unfreundlich. War wie können wir reklamieren, da ist sicher alles in Ordnung. Preise im Hotel, zu teuer, Europa Preise. Definitiv kein Sheraton Standard und nicht zu empfehlen.

The stay was great! The reception, cleanliness, room, and facilities were all excellent. But there was a mix-up with our breakfast. We paid for it through Expedia, and it was on our receipt, but the hotel didn't have it in their system. It was a bit annoying because the restaurant kept telling us that breakfast wasn't included. I think it was a communication issue with Expedia.

First we came to the hotel, they put us on the first floor where everything was heard, early morning alarms from rooms were heard, especially the noisy streets. The bathroom was very dirty, after realizing that they moved us to the second floor. The view is not as good as the photos, location is not in the center, not easy to cross the street as well.

Amazing stay. Recommended for anyone who wants to be close to sights, within walking distance to Baku Boulevard, Deniz Mall, and Highland Park. The breakfast was super delicious, and the staff incredibly helpful.

We can highly recommend the hotel. Very nice, well-kept rooms, nothing is missing. We were very satisfied and the staff is incredibly attentive. The breakfast buffet is overwhelming and beautifully arranged. We would like to thank the staff from the bottom of our hearts for their hospitality. Especially Leyla and Samir.
