너무 편하고 직원분들도 친절하고 무엇보다 뷰가 너무 좋았습니다! 그냥 하루 이틀 쉴계획이라면 추천!

전체적으로 깨끗하고 시설이 좋음 조식이 다른곳 보단 부실함 조식비 함께 결제한걸로 아는데 따로 조식비 받았음 숙소 앞에 도로와 기차가 다니지만 방음이 잘 되어 있어서 지장은 없었음

Katastrophal! Uns wurde ein ungemachtes Zimmer vom vorherigen Gast übergeben. Niemand an der Reception, niemand erreichbar. Wie erhielten nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung oder Entschädigung und mussten die Heimreise spät Abends wieder antreten. Zudem beharrt das Hotel darauf für die NICHT ERBREICHTE LEISTUNG uns diese Übernachtung zu verrechnen. Selten so etwas erlebt. Als Gast komplett mitten in der Nacht im Stich gelassen worden. Es g

Vue Incroyable sur le lac et les montagnes. Calme pour la période. La douche de la salle de bain laisse passer l’eau, quelques moisissures sur les joints du carrelage. De la poussière sur les meubles et lampes. Petit déjeuner correct. Personnel aimable

Super Lage direkt am See. Das Hotel ist nach Halal geführt; kein Alkohol, Essen halal (geschächtetes Fleisch). Hotel wird offenbar bald totalsaniert, darum alles auf Minimalbetrieb. Keine Atmosphäre im Hotel.

Excepcional

Loved the location and modern upgrades of the rooms. Restaurant would be busier if alcohol was permitted. I enjoyed the restaurant next door at the neighbouring hotel and their beautiful Riveria Bar. Was funny to see the staff of my neighbouring hotel coming over there too after work. I believe it's a cultural reason there is no alcohol permitted now, as it is no longer owned by locals, but Middle Eastern folks. Nice stay none the less. Kind tip: The Manager should reconsider yelling at people in his office, even if it's just the way he speaks. It makes some guests very uncomfortable.

The only good comment is the view. Front desk was rude. Room had roaches.

Sehr altes Haus, aber super Lage direkt am Thuner See. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade auf die Suite im 5. Stock und das war wirklich außergewöhnlich schön! Frühstück war angemessen. Vom viel kritisierten Halal-Ambiente haben wir fast nichts gemerkt. Der fehlende Speck wurde durch Geflügelwürstchen kompensiert, also alles perfekt!

Fabulous Hotel. I wished we had stayed longer. Clean, tidy, well run and views to die for. No alcohol policy is fine too as there are bars nearby with great atmosphere. Will be back.

I was not sent nor offered the Panorama Travel card to help me get around the region. Also, there is a Manager from an middle eastern country who has been yelling at his employees for the last 20 minutes in his office, as several guests, including myself, were quite put off as we waited in the lobby for various reception questions, and gave up. What a terrible way to treat others. I'm sorry the hotel has obviously lost it's local ownership. I also found the men of eastern descent at this hotel quite dismissive of women guests. For example, only the male guests were being offered coffee in the reception lounge this morning. Not a very good impression when you are a female guest. And not that it matters to me, but if you enjoy a glass of wine with supper, as even Jesus himself did, you'll have no luck here. The religious culture of the people who own the hotel do not allow alcohol to be purchased nor drank here, unless you bring your own and have it in your room. Wow.

Check in war super freundlich und kooperativ. Check out leider nicht - hatte nach 11.45 am check out gefragt und sollte CHF 50 für die 45 min zahlen - kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Frühstück Kaffee gut Rest spärlich.

Läget vid sjön är helt fantastiskt fint! Tyvärr fick vi ett rum ut mot vägen, med fönstrena stängda var det ljudisolerat, men ha i åtanke att rummen saknar AC och således blir fruktansvärt varma och att öppna fönstrena för att få in frisk luft är förenat med ett fasligt oljud! Helt okej frukostbuffé i trevlig lokal med möjlighet att sitta ute! Trevlig personal, både i frukosten och i receptionen,

Alkoholfreies Hotel besser kennzeichnen

Spiders galore in room. Couldn’t keep window open because of bugs coming in… bathroom had no soap. Towels are rough. Breakfast is good. TV was not “smart”.

The Restaurant Bellevue au Lac was excellent choice & located on the beautiful lake Thun, it had great views, a wonderful restaurant and friendly & very helpful staff. Free Bus passes were included into town and beds & room cleaned daily. A+++ We are looking forward to staying here again!
