너무 편하고 직원분들도 친절하고 무엇보다 뷰가 너무 좋았습니다! 그냥 하루 이틀 쉴계획이라면 추천!

전체적으로 깨끗하고 시설이 좋음 조식이 다른곳 보단 부실함 조식비 함께 결제한걸로 아는데 따로 조식비 받았음 숙소 앞에 도로와 기차가 다니지만 방음이 잘 되어 있어서 지장은 없었음

Wunderschön gelegenes Hotel mit Sonnenterrasse am See. Leider nicht sehr gepflegt und unterhalten. Empfang freundlich. Zimmer nicht klimatisiert. Sauberkeit ok. Frühstück auf der Sonnenterrasse wäre bei schönem Wetter an und für sich sehr schön. Die Terrasse macht aber einen sehr ungepflegten Eindruck. Tische waren nicht gedeckt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht sehr ansprechend. Das Besteck mussten wir suchen. Der Badesteg ist zwar vorhanden aber für den Einstieg ins Wasser nicht einladend.

This was the most amazing place. The views, the lake, the rooms and especially the staff. We had the most wonderful gentleman checking us in and 2 of the waitstaff went out of their way to help us book train tickets. If we ever return to Switzerland we will be sure too stay here again

Wir wurden 3 Stunden früher und mit zusätzlichen Upgread eingecheckt. Herzlichen Dank dafür :) Der Garten zum sünnele im Bikini und der unmittelbare Seeanstoss waren einfach traumhaft. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte dort, überlegen uns jedoch, im Herbst für den Urlaub mit Hund zurückzukehren. Das Hotel ist auch mit ÖV perfekt erschlossen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, fröhlich und hilfsbereit.

Für Segelschüler* von Hilterfingen perfekt. Hotel mit viel Charme. Sehr ruhig im Gebäude. Üppiges Frühstücksbuffet. Hoffe nur, dass der neue Eigentümer dem kostbaren Haus Sorge trägt. Dachkänel sind teilweise verstopft. Beistelltischchen wackelt. Ansonsten eine Wohlfühloase.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet:: direkt am See gelegen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, Sicht auf See und Berge

La vista desde nuestra habitación era estupenda!

Das Personal ist top und die Lage direkt am See ist auch sehr schön. Leider gibt es in den Zimmer keine Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück ist gut, es wird auch Rührei angeboten. Frühstück gibt es laut Hotel ab 7Uhr zu diesem Zeitpunkt war das Buffet noch nicht vollständig, ist vielleicht aber auch ein unglücklicher Zufall gewesen an 2 Tagen. Instandhaltungszustand des Hotels ist eher unterdurchschnittlich. Insgesamt empfinde ich das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis als nicht angemessen.

Our rooms was okay, and one of them was upgraded to a view overlooking Lake Thun, which we greatly appreciated. However, the property itself appeared to be poorly maintained. There was no staff attending the bar, and we experienced a long wait during check-in. The hairdryer in our room was broken and had to be replaced upon request. Breakfast was acceptable, especially as it was included in our stay, but there were quite a lot of flies around the food, which was unpleasant. Overall, while lake view was enjoyable, the hotel itself felt understaffed and lacked the level of maintenance and service we had expected.

Gorgeous views, beautiful terrace for dining, pastries at breakfast were great, the chef is wonderful with excellent food for dinner. Garden area is also lovely.

Rooms were clean. cleaning service poor---crumbs on floor not vacuumed. Cart in bathroom has rust on the legs. Table on the patio in much disrepair.

Very old hotel. The wood floors makes noise when you walk on it. And water flow in the toilet was very bad.

This was a lovely short stay on Lake Thun. The staff was kind and helpful, the room was excellent, and it was nice to have a hot breakfast included in the stay. Easily accessible by the 21 bus from Thun station or either of the Interlaken stations (free bus pass with stay). Lots to do along that bus line and wonderful walks from the hotel itself.

Our stay was amazing! Beautiful and well maintained property. The staff was wonderful and helpful! Hotel is in a beautiful quiet location, it was very peaceful.

I loved the view of Lake Thun from the balcony, the crisp white linens, bright light, and professional and respectful staff. Breakfast was very nice also!

great base location if you plan on exploring the Bernese Oberland area at a resonable price
