일단 위치가 시끄럽지 않은 중심지에 있어서 시끄럽지 않았습니다 그리고 방 청소로 매일 낄끔하게 해주시고 조식도 너무 맛있었습니다

엘리베이터가없는거 빼곤 시설도 깨끝하고 직원도친절하고 주변에 대형마트와 편의점있고 괜찮아요 조식도 생각보다 너무좋앗네요

Equipe muito atenciosa. Hotel bem localizado e na melhor área da cidade. Café da manhã muito bom.

We stayed in this hotel for nearly two weeks and everything about our stay was perfect. The room was modern, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Our room was on Constituyentes and had a big patio with two swing chairs-perfect for relaxing. The pool area is beautiful and never crowded. Located two blocks from 5th, it is convenient to walk to stores and restaurants. The breakfast is excellent-freshly prepared every morning and definitely worth the small charge. But most impressive is the staff. The front desk, the room attendants, and the waiters at breakfast (Fabian and Edwin) were amazing! Thanks for a great visit!

La mejor estancia y el mejor servicio

O hotel é bonito, mas pra mim não valeu a pena! O ar condicionado do quarto fazia um barulho muito alto… impossível de dormir. Após a primeira reclamação, disseram que o técnico consertou o problema. Contudo, o barulho piorou demais e quando reclamei na recepção, a solução que eles me deram foi de simplesmente de “desligar o ar condicionado”. Não vieram no quarto verificar a piora dobarulho e nem sugeriram trocar de quarto, apesar do hotel não estar lotado. No dia seguinte vieram nos procurar após o café da manhã e, somente quando mostrei o vídeo provando a altura do barulho, ficaram assustados e tentaram compensar o inconveniente causado. Mas após 3 noites no hotel, já não havia o que ser feito. Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência.

O Hotel é exatamamente como nas fotos. O café da manhã é excelente, assim como os quartos, e o hotel como um todo. Os funcionários são muito prestativos, com elogio especial à funcionária Gabriela (recepção). A localiação é excelente: perto da 5a avenida, nos possibilitando fazer tudo a pé. Inclusive fomos a pé pegar o ferry para Cozumel.

The hotel's location was excellent. The facilities were clean but a bit dated; it looked like it needed some remodeling. The air conditioner, in particular, was very noisy.

La experiencia en el hotel fue muy acogedora. Una excelente ubicación, quizás un poco de ruido de carros. Por otro lado, el servicio de los restaurantes impecable. La comida es rica y la relación calidad-precio conviene muchísimo. Son atentos y serviciales. Me encantó que tenía estacionamiento (aunque pequeño) y no había problema alguno para meter y sacar el auto.

El personal es amable lo que le sigue. Celebré ahí mi cumpleaños y como sorpresa me decoraron el cuarto. Pablo en recepción es un tipazo. Ricardo y Julián en el bar son bieeeen atentos y amables. La alberca con temperatura perfecta. Y además todo a súper buen precio y con desayuno incluido. Ya quiero regresar!

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was clean and decent. The staff were friendly and professional. This was the best location for me as it was centrally located near many restaurants and the beach.

Fuimos porque nos recomendaron el desayuno buffet pero nose si habia muy poca gente en el hotel y por eso dejó mucho que desear.., la mayor parte de los huéspedes que vimos eran extranjeros y los empleados nose porque los tratan mejor a ellos que a sus compatriotas, si cuando llega la hr de las propinas damos más que los extranjeros, rentamos un carro y en un día que salimos a cenar, de regreso el vigilante no sé si no nos quería abrir el estacionamiento pero se tardó un rato, y nosotros hasta llevabamos cena para el …. Yo personalmente no volvería

Excellent attention thanks

This Hotel has an excellent location with walking distance to restaurants and beach. Pool area was very nice. Staff was very knowledgeable and kind. The room was specious and includes a small fridge. I liked that there was a bench in the bathroom area. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the the shower floor is not level properly and the water get stuck in the shower floor, this also caused that it gets all wet outside of the shower. This can be a safety issue. Overall was a nice stay.

Great property near lots of food and things to do. The pool was very relaxing and has a swim to bar. The staff was always available and very helpful. Thanks we had a great stay.

Quarto sempre limpo. Equipe fantástica , simpática e atenciosa. Bom café da manhã. Única queixa seria relacionada ao chuveiro. Pouca pressão de água e dificil conseguir regular a temperatura da água.
