ME ENCANTO EL LUGAR, LA PAZ, LA HOSPITALIDAD, EL SERVICIO, TODO. VOLVERÉ

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans un chalet familial, le confort est assez sommaire pour le prix mais le personnel est gentil, la cuisine est très bonne et surtout le cadre est idyllique. La vue sur le lac est apaisante. L’hotel prête des canoës ce qui permet de profiter du lac

Es un hotel muy agradable, tranquilo, situado en un entorno espectacular y todo el personal muy agradable.

The hotel experience is amazing. The view of the hotel is everything. My only bad comment is about the bathroom, shower and floor were kinda dirty. The shower floor had hair I guess from guests... Kinda gross.

Muy buen servicio en general. Mejorar el servicio de wifi ya que no hay casi señal de telefono

Para llegar al hotel en Guatape a las 3:00 P.M. te recogen en el restaurante la Fogata para trasladarte en lancha al hotel. Hace frío en la noche y en el día es cálido. muy agradable estar con la naturaleza. No hay señal de celular se tienen que comunicar por internet.

El lugar es unico pero el confort no es lo.mejor

No hubo energia y el generador no es suficiente ni para el agua caliente. No tienen ningun acceso para impedidos ni envejecientes.

Arriving by boat the hotel appears around the bend with a beautiful golden retriever running to greet you. Step off onto the dock and walk up the stairs and Sangria is handed to you with a smile So private and secluded and simple with delicious food. We were lucky to get the flotation cabin literally floating on the lake your eye level with the water lying in bed. Like no experience before. Quiet, fun, romantic, the pouring rain beyond cozy. Everyone should stay here at least once in their life. Brilliant and soulful.
