Expedia booked me a smoking room. I had to move rooms. Thank God the staff agreed.

The room was cleaning, parking was fine. The staff were great to deal with. Pet friendly.

In 14 days it was only cleaned once, clean towels once! The one time my room was cleaned they left their sandwich container in my room and the crumbs from it on my bed were it looked like they ate it. Constant yelling and fighting from other tenants, parking lot is all broken up and not small car friendly. I accidentally booked one day to long and front desk told me it was fine they would refund me the day upon check out, but when I checked out they told be I wouldn’t be refunded the extra day so I was out 90 dollars. When I told them I wasn’t returning there on my next work rotation I was questioned up and down on why I wouldn’t be and where I would be staying. Was an all around horrible experience!

Parking lot was really icy. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. The toilet needed assistance to re fill after some flushes.

Horrible customer service and place drinks and very run down! Left again, wouldn’t stay!

I booked a kitchenette and ended up not having a kitchenette. Only smoking ones were available or ones that were in dire need of clean ,,,Nine days of being there and never got any new towels never got any room service had door sign on the door for a week trying to get towels and no room service. couldn’t regulate the room temperature. It was hot. There was burnt out bulbs when I got in the room, I had to fix myself. Room wasn’t very clean when I checked in The complementary breakfast was only for people that stayed seven days or less they didn’t have nothing to say of that on Expedia when I confronted them, they said well you can have breakfast but every morning the door was locked when I asked them what time was breakfast. They said 630 door was locked at 6:35.

There is ice all around the property and it is very slippery. Even getting in the car parked in front of the room was challenging. This is probably the last place you want to stay in Lloydminster. Poor Experience.

Staff or the owners were very friendly. My friend had a chill and they offered a real cup and a tea bag!! Very appreciated!!
