Very spacious room although there were no slippers provided. The heater system also seemed to be not working well because the water doesn't get hot as much as I wanted it to be. It's like luke warm only. Breakfast buffet was great. Swimming pool was also nice. They have a pool for kids, adults, and a big whirlpool bathtub (I guess) at the back of the building. Quite limited parking slots though. Over-all, we still had a great stay.

There comfort room was unsatisfying. Hope they clean/renovate it next time.

The room is very spacious and clean! The breakfast buffet is also superb. We only wished they is a bidet. Haha. All in all, great experience!

All was good, the inclusive breakfast was unexpectedly delicious and the pool with bubblers is relaxing! The only thing I did not like is their wifi connection (too weak and during night no signal at all) but still all was beyond from my expectation! I would book again if given a chance to go to Subic!

Friendly and accommodating staff. Place is near the gate and is virtually in the middle of sbma. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Super highly recommended!

The hotel is so spacious. Functional air conditioning system. Nice toilet and bath area. The staff are so nice and courteous. The guard is helpful and friendly. The hotel is just a walk away from our event's venue so not a problem at all. Breakfast is quite okay, nothing special but it was an awesome stay.

The Room was big, but I just curious about the extra bed that we add its just a foam/mattress we receive, I thought it is folding bed. I think you need to change your description on your website and other hotel reservation website from extra bed to extra foam/mattress. 👎 The employee of the hotel was accommodating for our request. 👍 Last the Complimentary Breakfast, the food was delicious we did not expected that its a buffet 👍 but I just have a comment of one food, I think it is "maling" they cook it in the same oil they use it for fish from the smell and appearance of the food.

It was a pleasant stay, the location was excellent and the buffet breakfast was delicious. However, the A/C at our room keeps on tripping and we have to call the front desk again and again. There was no bidet in the toilet. The pool was full of leaves and was quite uninviting for a swim.

We've been staying here almost every year since we go home to Subic every occasion but unfortunately, the level of service has decreased. If you can choose others, stay away from this one. Got allergy from dust in their AC, breakfast service is terrible and many others. Too bad we used to recommend this hotel.

Check in was a breeze. Our room was clean and also the bathroom. It was also nice that the pool is well maintained and someone’s always cleaning it. Their free breakfast is just okay. Limited choices but we still enjoyed it. Very good location. Staffs are also very nice and accommodating. Also a plus for us that they don’t charge you if you bring alcoholic drinks as long as you don’t consume it inside your room. (They have tables and chairs beside the pool) hope they open a restaurant or bar. We’d definitely come back here and I recommend this place if you just want a quick getaway from the city.
